Travis came and gave me a quote for a bidet toilet install. He was fantastic in explaining to me the steps on what it takes to install the toliet. He also took the time to show me what was needed for a sink install and plumbing for my laundry room. I have gotten multiple quotes from other companies, that didn’t take the time to explain what was needed and gave me an outrageous quote. Really happy with the service from Travis and will be using John’s plumbing for anything else that is needed.

Our tank less water heater finally gave out and needed to be replaced. We looked at several plumbing companies on line and prayed for the Lord to guide us to the best one. We called John's Plumbing and set up an appointment between 10am-12pm on Monday morning. Glenn showed up just a few minutes after 10am and explained in detail what needed to be replaced. I did some research beforehand on line to get myself an estimated price on a new water heater and installation and I was happy to hear that the price Glenn quoted me was far below what I had expected. Glenn called and ordered a new unit that was to be picked up by the plumber to do the installation and to be here by 12pm. Chesley was the plumber who came out to do the installation and he arrived at exactly 12pm. I was very impressed by his professionalism and demeanor, this is what customer service is. Chesley was very kind and polite and he had the installation done in just 45 minutes. WOW, I could not be more impressed by the whole process. We called John’s Plumbing for drainage issues in both our bathrooms. The company let us know when they completed the last job before us and that they were on their way. The first day Carlos came to lift the toilets, snake out the shower, tub and toilets in both our bathrooms. He vacuumed and cleaned every step of the way. On the second day, Corey came with a longer snake that also held a camera to see if there was something else causing the blockage. There was. He showed us the video he took. A full septic tank was the cause of the issue! Both Carlos and Corey were personable, pleasant and energetic. We highly recommend this company for your plumbing issues.

Hired John’s plumbing to do a kitchen sink repair and had the main line snaked as well. Khari showed up earlier than scheduled but received a phone call to let us know he would be arriving early. Khari was professional and explained everything we needed to have done. Price was fair for the work done and I would not hesitate to hire them again.
