Sink under the bathroom cabinet leaked only sometimes. Hard to catch. They found the loose fitting and fixed it properly. Dry ever since.

Their plumbing crew came by after the basement drain overflowed, they identified a blockage in the main line, cleared it thoroughly and I am pleased with the smooth drainage again.

Our water heater stopped producing hot water suddenly. The plumber replaced the faulty part and tested the unit thoroughly. Hot water returned the same day. The service was smooth and stress free.

During routine cleaning, we found a slow drip under the sink. Their crew fixed the loose fitting and tested it thoroughly. Completely resolved.

The kitchen drain pipe was poorly set up before. The plumber corrected the installation fully. No leaks and smooth drainage.

My water filter connection started leaking slightly. Their plumber adjusted the fittings and replaced a worn seal. The problem was solved on the spot. Excellent service.

The bathroom tap handle became stiff and noisy. I contacted their specialists for assistance. They replaced worn internal components and lubricated the mechanism. Their skilled repair restored smooth operation.

Our bathroom drain was completely clogged and water wouldn’t go down. Their team responded fast after my call. They cleared the blockage and cleaned the area before leaving. Everything works perfectly again. I truly appreciate their efficient service.

If I could rate no stars I would. Run away from this company as fast as you can. We called them back in February with some issues When they came out we mentioned that AT&T had been out in our area installing fiber And wondered if it was possible that maybe they could of broke something. He said that was NOT the issue and said we needed to clean all the pipes in the house 1084.00 later according to him issue was resolved But, suggested that in future we add another clean up access and run camera. 6 months to the date we started having issues again so, since they guarantee no issues for 6 mos we called them again. For starters when the guy came Out one of the things he said was that he did us a FAVOR and wasn’t gonna charge us for running snake.He mentioned that the clogging was due to tampons and baby wipes. Also, insisted on second access and camera since he could not snake passed 30feet. We told him we would consider because again we were gonna have to pay another $1000 bucks 2 days later we called them again and the didn’t really make my issues a priority said tech wouldn’t be here until 9-10 that night and was told they had made an appt for the following week after Labor Day Wednesday. We have kids and 3 bathrooms none of the toilets were flushing and we had sewage coming out through the side of our house. This was an urgent matter to us.
So, I called 2 additional plumbers next day and both came out same day and both agreed that our type of house already has a second access cleanup so NO second access was needed and both ran snake 75/100 feet as well as suggested we dig up second access under ground. Falcon plumbing was the company we used once we dug up second access found that in fact pipe was broken so NO CAMERA OR SECOND ACCESS would of resolved our issue. Grandrooter never suggested anything like this only insisted on us paying more money. To make matters worse the tech actually called me on Wednesday which I thought was to confirm the appt that we “supposedly had “ but no he was actually calling me to reschedule appointment. I couldn’t believe that still they were not going to help us with our issue. I did let him know that we no longer needed there service and our issue was resolved. But, all I can say to anyone with any plumbing issues run away from this company they don’t care or see the urgency all they want to do is charge you 1000 for anything and don’t want to get to the source of your problem.

Alex over 30 years experience and it showed. He was very knowledgeable. Did not hurry, answered all my questions and did an excellent job. Clean -neat- professional.. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Very communicative, punctual and fairly priced. Showed up at the time appointed and cleared the blockage in our home in less than an hour. Provided us with very important information regarding pipe blockage prevention. Work is guaranteed for 30 days. Will definitely hire again if the need rises.

Alex came and fixed all of my plumbing issues. Had an amazing experience and highly recommend him!

We called Grand Rooter to fix our toilet and they came in, in 1 hour. Alex was very professional and helped us to stop the leak we had.

Company wasted two weeks of our life. I should have seen the red flags when they couldn’t find the water cutoff valve and preceded to tell me the house didn’t have one (same day the sprinkler guy found it within minutes). We were later provided a quote that literally left out every-single-repair we needed and was $1000-$2000 to have our pipes scoped and cleaned. Being that we just bought the house this was not at all what we asked for and/or wanted.

We should have cut the cord but we continued due to needing to get the shower faucets and sink stoppers repaired along with the sinks caulked and hoping to get these things finished sooner versus later. We then got another estimate that only noted the faucets so we called again and where told the sink at least was included (but we never got a clear answer) We were told it would take a few days (3 days) because the faucets were no longer being produced and would have to be ordered. I said that was fine and we would see them in a few days.

Well, a few days came and went and when WE finally were able to get someone on the phone we were told it would be a few more days but we were confirmed for that Friday. That Thursday we called to confirm and were told the plumber (Alex) would call me that night but we were 100% confirmed for the next day. He of course doesn’t call me so we call that Friday morning and he tells us he will be there by 12:30... 2:30 rolls around and he cancels and makes plans to be here today (Saturday) no later then 9:00am—at 11:00 we left them a voicemail that the cord was finally being cut which we should’ve done already.

In short, if you are looking for an unreliable, inept, incompetent company that is ill-equipped to handle even the most basic of plumbing services and you want to call them 20+ times without getting a clear answer or concrete date/time of service.... well, Grand Rooter is for you! If not, please don’t waste your time!

UPDATE: After the fiasco with Grand Rooter, we were referred to Terry’s Plumbing who made themselves available that following Monday, arrived on-time, charged us half of what this company charged even with double the work (everything we needed that was seemingly lost in translation with this company) and completed the work that day. I will be writing a very positive review for Terry’s Plumbing who I highly recommend. Shame on you, Grand Rooter!

Alex was excellent!
I had a leaky toilet in an old house. Turns out that the fix was not that simple. Alex was creative and did an excellent job is getting it back to working condition. He explained the process the entire step of the way. Very knowledgeable!!
I will be hiring them for all my future plumbing needs.

I definitely recommend Grand Rooter. They are very professional, puntual, courteous and affordable. Rare thing to find now days.
I use them on an emergency sewer back up and they came and writhing an hour they take care of it.

Called and spoke with Alex at 430pm. I had a cold water washer hose break and a rusted Spicket that was Soldered to the brass fitting that I couldn’t take care of myself. Very professional on the phone, ask me to send a couple of pics so he could see and diagnose. Once he received the pics he said he could help and he’d finish a job he was on and be right over. He was here in 45 minutes, let me know the price (reasonable) and had the entire job completed by 6pm. Awesome job, I will definitely use them again. Thank you Alex
