SERIOUSLY!...THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!.

I had a recurring issue with my drain lines backing up for a good 6 months.

I did hire five of the biggest plumbing Company names online. Not only I spent a fortune with them, but the problem continued.

So I founded this company GRAND ROOTER on Google. I can't tell you or begin to describe my satisfaction.

As soon I call them and speak with their office staff, I immediately realized that I was dealing with a professional at a whole other level.

Their customer service was fantastic. I was impressed with the level of knowledge that their office staff had when I asked questions, which I never experienced that with any other prior company.

It was refreshing. It gave me a sense of calm the way that they handle my stress over the phone.

I had a service van in my door within 1 Hour liked they promised. The team of tech's Daniel & Erick were uniformed & they had face mask and gloves.

They asked me questions and present me with several pricing options on how to resolve my issue.

They worked unstoppably until they cleared the problem and turned out to be a much bigger situation that none of the prior company I hired ever diagnosed, shame on them!

These guys have an impressive set of skills and all kinds of equipment to figure things out, and they did!

They kept me thru-out the work process informed at all times. When they finish, they spend their time making sure that my place was disinfected and spotless.

To resume my experience with this Company:

- They came on fast and on time.

- With COVID-19 protection on them.

- With an amazing vibe.

- Charged me fairly.

- Warranted they work.

These company is heaven sent. I was out of a toilet for 4 days straight because my landlord didn’t want to repair my clogged toilet. I was a total panic and i found them on google i called them and within an hour they were here. They went above and beyond for me and this was after hours. I finally have a working toilet. Ive never been so happy to see my toilet flush. I'll be calling them whenever I'm in trouble! Please use them and no one else. An amazing service. Alex and his partner were there on time and very courteous. They left my bathroom spotless after the job was done! If I could give them more then 5 stars I would!!

We had an emergency at a residential job site where one of the workers dropped something on a water pipe which caused it to burst. We called Grand Rooter and they were onsite within 20-25 minutes. The tech looked at the damage and provided us with 2 estimates. He was very transparent with us and went over the possibility that once he starts fixing the issue, he could discover something else which would cost the more expensive quote. If that issue was not discovered then it would cost the least expensive quote. Luckily there weren't any deeper issues so he was able to fix everything in about 30 minutes and we paid the lesser quote. I highly recommend them.

We first learned of Grand Rooter through Angie’s List. We could not be happier with the suggestion and the results. However, Grand Rooter did much more than diagnose and fix our plumbing needs. They provided us with prompt service, friendly employees, and a wealth of knowledge. We were lucky enough to work with Alex. Alex was able to educate us on the problems we were experiencing, make suggestions about the best way to tackle the issues, and guided us through the process. He was very patient with our inexperience and explained everything the process entailed. Alex even went above and beyond and provided us with information and advice beyond the job he was hired to do. We had a leak in the floor at our residence. Alex and his team at Grand Rooter were extremely professional, knowledgeable and shared their expertise throughout the entire process. The communication and work by Alex and his team was superior and I would not hesitate to call them for anything plumbing related at our family residence based on their professional attitude and high quality work.

12 yrs. of plumbing service to my home, yesterday installed a new filter for the septic system to make it easier to clean. They always handled the tough jobs quick and efficiently. Grand Rooter is the only plumber I'd call.

My hose bib was leaking for a week. I called Grand Rooter and they showed up in less than one hour on Father’s Day. The plumber was awesome and great customer service, totally recommend!

Father’s Day was a challenge as our toilet went out and thanks to Granda Rootee and their exceptional and prompt service, we had a toilet back in now time. Had a leak in an outside the house shutoff valve. I didn’t even know since when had that been leaking. Called Grand Rooter and sure enough they came within one hour as promised. Resolved the issue effectively. Alex was great, very knowledgeable and courteous. No hidden charges. Received better price that another company I had called before.

Contacted Grand Rooter for the repair of a water heater. We were truly impressed with how fast they had a tech come out to the property. The tankless water heater installation service provided by Alex was seamless. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and very clean. The installation was completed flawlessly.
