They cleared out a fairly sizeable stump we had left from Irma. The ground was left smooth and level and, despite the very wet ground due to rain, there were no ruts left in the yard from equipment. Very quick and professional!

This company requires that a tree photo be submitted as a first step, which can be tricky if the work is to be done on a 2nd home and you're not there to take a pic. Then an appointment will be set up with the arborist ONLY IF it is deemed necessary by the arborist based on the photo. If you don't want work done by a company that you've never had the opportunity to meet in advance this may not be a good choice for you. In lieu of a photo they will set up an appointment for an in-person consultation with the arborist for a $150 non-refundable deposit (i.e., you don't get the $ back if they don't do the work for you). It's a good thing there are plenty of tree companies to choose from in Naples!

Addendum following the response from owner: I would suggest that you re-train your office staff. The person I spoke with was very clear and what he said is not consistent with the info in your reply below.

I had Dale come to my residence to cut a palm tree that was growing too close to the house. Dale did such a great job, very professional. Also the tree was not in a easy spot to just cut down. Dale got it down no problem, cleaned everything up like it wasn't even here. A++++

From the customer service, answering all my questions, to how fast they were able to get the job done to the level of professionalisim of the team, A Plus Tree went above and beyond for my family and I. It was more affordable than most of the other companies I had asked quotes from. Highly recommend!!

We received an estimate that was cheaper than our 3 other estimates and, based on the reviews, decided to select this company. When the representative came on the agreed upon date to do the job he told us that there was no way that they could do the job for the estimate that THEY PROVIDED! When I asked them what the job would cost, their response was $1300 more than what they estimated!!! They did nothing to try to work with us to make it right. So unprofessional! Would NOT use them!

First time doing business these men are true professionals. Certified Arborists with a crew that is very particular in all aspects of the work done. I highly recommend Dale he approved a price match to time maples and remove pines saving us at least $390 compared to previous quotes.

A-Plus Tree Service is an excellent company that I would highly recommend to anybody who's in need of having tree work done on their property in the Naples area. My wife and I had a pretty good idea of what we wanted done in the yard as far as trimming up our oak trees and palm trees, and assistance in re-standing some smaller palms that we've had trouble stabilizing since hurricane Irma. Not only did A-Plus take care of our requested scope, they offered to trim many more palms big & small while on the property, as well as prune/shave/trim our gigantic Bougainvillea at the side of the house. They also offered to clear out Brazilian Peppers around the property as part of the deal, as we have an open building permit with Collier County and this is one of their listed inspections to pass. We live in the Golden Gate Estates area on a 2.3 acre lot, to give an idea of size of the property they worked on. I can't say enough about their customer service & timeliness in regards to being prompt, notifying you about progress and issues, and willingness to please. Thumbs up all the way around for these guys.

All in all, they helped re-stand two Bismarck Palms which were leaning after Irma, they trimmed/cleaned up the canopies of 6 or 7 oak trees including a large prominent one in our front yard, they trimmed several decorative plants and palms including three groups of Pygmy Date Palms and a massive Bougainvillea at the side of our house, they neatly trimmed up many mature/tall Sable Palms all around the front yard and back, and removed around 7 Brazilian Peppers of varying sizes from around the property.

Very knowledgeable about bugs killing Pine trees lately and showed how to identify infected trees. They were quick in cutting out about 20 trees on an acreage. They easily cut down one tree leaning over a small quest house. They cleaned up the trash nicely. They were perfect in my book. Even offered to pick up some logs we cut ourselves but the county deemed too large for their pickup along the road, as a bonus. Nice.

I recently had a canopy lift of approximately 5 or so trees in my small backyard near Port Royal in Naples Fl. A Plus Tree Service Naples crew is the best tree service in Naples absolutely impressed in and out with no evidence they had even been there. I was away from the house when the work was done and I wouldn't have known they'd been there if it hadn't been for the fact that the low-hanging limbs were gone. This is my first experience requesting this type of work and I highly recommend using A Plus Tree Service. They may certainly use me as a reference if needed.
