Never showed to do the job!! Came out in June and gave me a quote which I approved. About 3 weeks later I called them since I hadn't heard from them and they said they would be out that week. Of course, no show. Called again and they said they had been behind because of rain which is reasonable so they again said they were coming.... again, no show. Then a week later I get an invoice from them but they hadn't done the work. Fast forward to now and they never did the work, are not returning calls and then sent me a reminder on the "overdue" invoice. The worst customer service and response from a company that I have had in a long time. Obviously told them I was no longer interested in their service. Would NOT recommend.

Look no further for your tree servicing needs - they are responsive, competitively priced, and do great work. After calling a few other tree companies (with no call back), tommy took the time to go through my needs and had an estimator out to my property the next day. A+ all around!!

Great experience with Anchor Tree Services. They provided a prompt quote, an easy approval process, they performed the work quickly at a fair price, and did a great job.

I’ve used Anchor Tree service before with fine service, but last month their crew failed to complete the work I had an estimate for. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. Poor communication on their part. I’ll be using someone else to finish their work.

We have used Anchor for a few years with excellent success. The only issue this time was we contacted them at the first of March and it took 3 1/2 months to get scheduled.

I have used anchor tree before, and after getting three estimates they have the best value and truly quality work. The workers are considerate and efficient and clean up afterwards. Very impressed!

Carter was there for initial walk around of yard, and was very experienced is what had to be trimmed and how he was going to do it, price was very fair. Carter was there to explain to his workers what was to be done, the day they came to do the job. Very pleased.

Third time we have used Anchor to trim our large trees. They have always done good job. They talked with us beforehand to determine what we preferred and then did that.

This is the second time I have hired Anchor Tree Services for tree trimming and palm tree clean up. Both times I found the prices to be extremely reasonable and the level of work to be outstanding and the crew to be professional and tidy.

I hired Anchor Tree at the recommendation of a colleague of mine, I needed a service that could remove a large oak that was damaging my pipes while I was away. The process for an estimate was very quick and easy. It took 10 days after the tree was cut for the work to be finished however, and my gutter as well as my cable line were damaged in the process. It was impossible to get them on the phone and their email responses were abrupt and hardly helpful. They did eventually fix the gutter but with all the inconveniences I would have preferred to use someone more professional.

I’ve been having my trees maintained for many years with Anchor Tree Service. The services are performed professionally and on time. Fast estimates, and very clean organized work crews. Masterful tree removal even in tight spaces whereby a less experienced team could do damage. Clean, efficient and honest. I refer them without hesitation.

Had a large Gumbo Limbo Tree removed, Anchor was timely, professional and they left the site cleaner than when they arrived. Very reasonable pricing compared to the other quotes received. Would use them again and recommend them highly.

My HOA insisted I get a dead palm tree in my yard removed. Called Anchor Tree Service at the recommendation of a friend who manages a different HOA. Anchor had someone check on the tree the day after I called them. I had an estimate by email within 2 days (email snafu) after they looked at it. I signed the estimate one afternoon, the tree was down and hauled away the very next morning. The price was also far more affordable than another tree service I had give me an estimate. One tree service didn’t ever call me back. I’d highly recommend Anchor Tree Service to anyone needing tree service!

Anchor came in with a good quote, communicated well and the crew did a great job. They are equipped with all safety equipment, cherry picker and tree shredder. They were in and out quickly and cleaned up after. I’d definitely use them again.

We had many trees that needed to be trimmed on our property. Anchor did a wonderful job and also cleaned up all the debris after the trimmings. We will definitely hire them in the future.
