All Star Air Conditioning is amazing. With Joes team he treats you like family because that is what All Star is a family operation. Today I called Joe because my air conditioner was down and most likely because I had failed to maintain it regularly. I knew that with the hot weather I most likely would need to be scheduled but no, All Star fit me in same day and came out having to work in extreme conditions (hot) and quickly got my air conditioner back on line.

The most amazing thing is that my unit was out of warranty - but they fit me in, traveled out of their way, repaired my unit and can you beleive it, no charge. Who does this, only All Star !

Joe Brett and All Star Air have been my a/c techs for over 8 years. They replaced the old unit after it ran for 15 years and have continued to provide maintenance and any needed repairs.

Joe's exceptional service showed again recently when he petitioned supplier and manufacturer to honor a warranty repair issue. All Star responded and provided a complete repair professionally and in a reasonable period of time. Joe's commitment to his customers and dogged determination saved me thousands I would have had to pay with any other company. Thank you Joe and All Star Air Conditioning.

Joe answered the phone on a Saturday and serviceman showed up at 7am on Monday. Capacitor was faulty and replaced.
