Fast responsive no-nonsense service. Quickly diagnosed and repaired my issue for a very fair price. I’ll be using them for my bi-annual service now. It’s obvious John wants your business and his work speaks to that as well. Why would I call anyone else.

John and his crew are amazing. They came out right away at 9 pm to diagnose our system and provided temporary AC units to get us through the night. The next day they came out and fixed it. They are prompt and professional. Highly recommend and affordable.

I recently had two Mitsubishi 1.5 ton mini split units installed at my house, I am so impressed with how quiet and efficient these units are at cooling a space. First Choice Air Conditioning company was great at communicating about the estimate, availability and explaining the equip needed. John May showed up right on time to start the install, and his experienced employee Chris finished the installation. Each time letting you know the steps until completion. The units cooled my house down in about an hour after being turned on. I am absolutely thrilled with First Choice and will recommend them to anyone who needs any cooling and heating needs.

Heat went out Thursday night, emailed First Choice,response was fast. John showed up early Friday morning.quickly diagnosed the problem,explained it clearly and made the neccessary repairs. First Choice will be your last choice when looking for an AC company. The owner, John May, is reliable and dependable as they come. It wasn’t until I saw him standing on the roof of the building next to where I live in the Vanderbilt Towers that I realized John and his whole team were holding down our community, and our temperatures, in a real special way. They came by and did a duct cleaning in mine and my neighbors units, his guys Eddie and Chris did a great job!

I always look for small family owned companies. This is one of those. John the owner, has an amazing crew. Eddie and Chris are his installers. They are knowledgeable, efficient, extremely experienced and all around wonderful guys. I highly recommend First Choice.

As the owner of the company, John May is very involved in the services he provides, whether it be general maintenance or complete HVAC installation. We required the latter, and we couldn't be more pleased with John and his team. John provided us with a consult, a thorough inspection, the options that we had, his best recommendation using the benefit of his knowledge and experience. Very professional company. Called in the morning with an heating issue, found the 25 yr old compressor had expired and by end of the same day replaced the system.

Had a older a/c system that needed a repair. The tech David came out and fixed it. Knowing the system is over 15 years old, I had asked for pricing on a new system. He spent an hour looking at the house and the wiring. He identified that the a/c unit was basically wired not to code. I agreed on a system and a price. After the electrician corrected the wiring, Quinton and Morris came to install the new system. What professionals. They came at 10 and left at 1. Only 3 hours and did a great job both inside and out. Cleaned up and removed all the trash and old systems parts. And we are not going to leave out the answer lady...Ashley. She is in the office and is the one that answers the phone. Listens to your comment or question and deals with it right then. Great first contact person for the company. Oh, here is the best part. Called on Wednesday for a repair, Tech came Friday. Agreed to a new system on Friday, had the electrician out on Monday, and A/C Guys were out on Tuesday. That is fast and great service.....Thank You!!

I couldn’t be happier with the dryer vent cleaning. The technician was thorough and friendly and ensured my dryer was now working much better.
