Tyler arrived to check for a leak. He did not find one but said he added Freon and said they would check regularly. Just a really nice young man and he said he did not want us to spend money on an expensive new unit until we had to. I am sure our previous service company would have recommended a new unit.

Ed is a very experienced and knowledgeable technician who diagnosed our pool heater and recommended replacing it rather than repairing due to the fact that it is 13 years old. I felt very confident that his recommendation was the right decision.

1 call to the owner Joe and scheduled me the next day for a diagnostic pool heater malfunction and repair. Arrived on time. Ed the tech diagnosed it quickly and repaired it within an hour. Highly recommend this company. Professional and timely. Appreciate the quick service.

I was told my my pool company that they don’t fix compressor problems and to contact an HVAC company. That company said the compressor needed to be replaced. I contacted ALL STAR and they found it was a simple fix of a broken wire! Honest, efficient, trustworthy…need I say anything else?

I was having trouble with my pool heating and they came right out-within hours of calling! The guys were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. From now on, they’re my go-to pool people! I can’t recommend All Star enough:)

Friendly and informative. Glad I picked All Star. Fairly priced and honest. I mistakenly overpaid his invoice, and he called me and offered a refund. I told him to hold it until next year, and this year he applied the full amount of refund. Hard to find honesty in SWF like that.

Came the same day we called. We are getting a new a/c (All Star put it in -2009.) A great lifetime for it and now it is time to replace. Will do after the weekend.
