Install a Central Air Conditioning System.
We couldn't be more impressed and satisfied with First Choice.
The company was recommended to us by another highly respected contractor after we interviewed several on our own. That contractor couldn't miss our
dismay with all the others that we brought in. After our call late in the day to First Choice, John was here the next morning, explaining everything to us in layman's terms, no confusion and quoted a price. His expert technicians and John arrived as scheduled, on time. Our new system was installed and up and running within just a few hours.
You can be like me and get frustrated by calling several other companies first, or you can use all of my legwork as your own and make First Choice your First Choice. I highly recommend John and his team of expert technicians.

From the first phone call to First Choice, we were treated with great respect and interest. John ( we later learned was the owner of the company ) answered our call for an estimate on a new AC system inside and out. He came by the next day and offered us some choices, answered our many subsequent questions and supplied 2 talented and neat installers (Eddie & Chris) who left us with a new, efficient cooling system. Same day service with a smile! My call was answered by John just after 9am and they were able to get a tech out early afternoon same day! This was for a listing of mine with out of town owners. The technician, José was a pleasure to work with and explained everything clearly and John took care of explaining everything to the homeowners! A true delight to work with across the board!

I asked First Choice Cooling and Heating if they could give me a ‘sanity check’ (2nd opinion’) on my HVAC system which needed to be replaced. John came the very next morning,looked everything over, explained what was happening to my 11 year old HVAC and showed me the readings on the condenser. Today his crew of 2 expeditiously replaced the interior unit and the condenser. The crew was friendly, answered all my questions, used a drop cloth and kept the work area clean during and after. I am so glad I found this company and will move forward with them for future maintenance.

Very happy we chose First Choice for the installation of our new air conditioner. This was installed while we were back North for the summer and our home watch person said that John couldn’t have been nicer. When we returned, John was so accommodating and made a few return visits to our home with questions we had with our new thermostat. Jose, on his team, was out this week for a 6 month check. First Choice was great to work with! They answered the phone immediately on a Friday at 5:00. My son and family arrived to our empty condo and found it to be 87 degrees inside. First Choice immediately sent someone out to take a look and fixed it that evening. Their professionalism and responsiveness will definitely make me call them again next time!

I truly want to thank John and his staff for impeccable service that you don’t really find too much these days, but when I called him with troubles with my air conditioner, he was here in a heartbeat he handled and serviced my air conditioner, and I am very pleased with this company have dealt with other companies before, but this is truly a company that gives amazing customer service hard to find these days but thank you John and keep up the good work I will definitely recommend you

From beginning to end, First Choice was AMAZING!!! John helped us decide on the perfect unit for our home since we needed a full new ac (or 1st ac made it over 20 years!) So it was really important to us to get the best rated ac possible.
When Jose came to check our old unit, he tried everything possible to get it up and running and explained why it needed to be replaced perfectly.
The installers were both kind, professional and purposeful. They realized the air handler had gotten dinged up, so they went right away to replace it before installing it. They finished in record time, even with the hiccups. I HIGHLY recommend calling John for all your cooking and heating needs!!! I would give 100 stars if I could!

We had First Choice Cooling & Heating out because our breaker kept tripping and shutting down the AC. Emmanuel, our tech, was fantastic. He was super nice, polite, and kept me informed every step of the way. He knew his stuff, and I appreciated how he answered all my questions. The price was very fair, and he even put on booties every single time he came inside (and took them off before stepping out!). Now the AC is running perfectly, with no interruptions, and we’re piling on blankets at night! Highly recommend.

My AC stopped working on a Friday evening. John was there in under an hour, quickly diagnosed the issue as a broken AC compressor. Once the part arrived, Jose completed the job on the weekend and got us up and running in no time. Great company of professionals and I’ll be using them in the future

Incredible service at incredible speed! John arrived quickly for a quote for a new installation. He was patient and knowledgeable with everything and happily answered all of our questions. Our biggest surprise? We got the new system installed the very next morning! A godsend in this brutal Florida heat!
