We've used Romeo Air Conditioning at our Naples home for the past 4 years. They do a great job with the bi-annual check-up. Nick is an awesome tech.

Katrine set up the appointment and later improved it to an earlier time. She was very helpful! Carlos arrived on time and immediately found the problem, replaced the capacitor which serves both the compressor and
fan motor, and repair worked! This is a great example of teamwork from two skilled people as a team. Thanks for great customer service. I found Romeo in the St. William weekly publication, so God had a hand in it, too!

New HVAC installed today post Hurricane Ian. Our technicians Omar and Joshua were excellent! They were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Romeo Air was very responsive post hurricane and we now have a quality, well priced new HVAC system. We recommend Romeo Air.

Romeo Air was recommended to us (around twenty-two years ago) by a local so-called "high-end" builder (who shall remain nameless, here.) That builder told us : "there used to be only one A/C firm we liked to work with; but then Mr. Romeo split off from that firm, and started his own firm. So, now there are two A/C firms locally that we like and trust."

We were once (only) forced to deal with a non-Romeo Air company. (This had to do with which A/C firm was the subcontractor used on a small condo we are involved with.) A few things that they said and did ... did NOT inspire confidence.

Romeo Air is the sort of business where if they say : this is the story / this is what you need to do -- I have 100% confidence in their knowledge and integrity.

Romeo is only one of two certified Carrier businesses in the area. We hired them a year ago to do some serious repairs on our air conditioning. This time, it quit working, so I called them immediately. They could come in two hours. Meanwhile we checked all the circuit breakers & we fixed it ourselves, so we called Romeo & canceled. We have a contract with them, so we get a discount on repairs & maintenance. Although we didn't need them this time, we are happy with their work. The employees are polite & competent. I'll be calling soon to get my ducts cleaned. I have cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛️ !

After being lied to by another a/c company, we had Romeo out for a second opinion.

Not only did they come out the same day, they also found the actual problem and it will be a relatively easy fix.

James was fantastic! He was thorough and incredibly helpful. He saved me from spending well over $13,000 with the other company who claimed the 8 year old sysem was beyond repair and due to be replaced because “8 years is the average lifespan of an a/c unit it Florida.”

Needless to say we are good to go, but now I have my GO TO a/c company in town.

Our a/c went out on a Friday night. We called and their answering service took a message and a technician came out the next morning about 10 am. He diagnosed a burned out compressor. Since it was Saturday, had to wait until following Monday to order parts. He said the “office” would call and let us know the cost estimate.

No one ever called with an estimate or to schedule a service call for installation of new part.

Today, the 31st 15 days later, we received an email letting us know they have the part and the cost estimate is $4,000. That is twice what we paid to another company that we finally had to call to repair our a/c. I guess they thought that it was acceptable for us to go with a/c for 15 days. They were aware that my husband had just come home from the hospital after back surgery.

Also,the second company who came out and fixed our a/c found that the reason the compressor had burned out was because of a shorted out wire. They replaced the appropriate wiring.

Romeo’s tech didn’t even diagnose this when he came out.

I would NEVER recommend Romeo A/C to anyone.

We have been customers with Romeo A.C. since 2002; that time frame equals 3 homes (in our 3rd one now for 7 years). "Chris" just departed our home as we renewed our Service Contract. The 23 year relationship says it all. We (my wife and I) are very satisfied with our total relationship with Romeo A.C.

Have been using Romeo Air Conditioning for at least 10 years. They are reliable, professional responsible, and their service is excellent.

I waited for a week before writing this review, with that all I can ONLY say that Romeo A/C with have MY BUSINESS for a VERY LONG TIME! The staff and the Tech name Chris were so very kind and courteous with my a/c issues. THANK YOU Romeo A/C for your speediness and all you did to get my a/c running as well as your professionalism!

I have been using Romeo for over 12 years, and they continue to do excellent work. I especially like Jesus, as he works very hard and really shows that he cares!

Be aware!!!! I was the costumer since 2011. The way the company treated me last time it’s not acceptable. They knew that AC has a whole and they still were loading AC with Freon and charging me for it. Didn’t even asked me if I want it. Owner of the company told me that I will get the discount. Was waiting for a new invoice for the months! They never send me. Now they reported me to collections agency. Another time they were FIXING my AC for 2 MONTHS!!!! NEVER AGAN. They lost the client definitely!!!!!!!

I just used Romeo. They were fabulous. My regular AC co could not come until tomorrow and my AC not working. Used Romeo first time. They were here right away and fixed the problem They are my new regular AC company!! Highly recommend them.

Everyone at Romeo air conditioning has been very very helpful , knowledgeable and kind. We noticed our air conditioning wasn’t working late in the evening 7 PM and within 30 minutes James was here to diagnose the problem. He was able to get our AC up and running very quickly and explained and showed me exactly what was wrong. After James recommendation of a great maintenance program we decided to do that. After a quick phone call with Kristen. It was easy to set up a time that I could get home from work even though I had to switch it up last minute because of my schedule . That brought Antonio to our house yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and was able to do the job very quickly. We appreciate Romeo air-conditioning very much. Romeo Air Conditioning has installed three units in my home. I have their maintenance plan. They are very professional. When I have had any issues, Romeo Air Conditioning has been very prompt in taking care of my HVAC needs. We are very pleased with their service.

I have used Romeo Air to service my unit for several years. Yessterday, James, a service repressentive came to my home to find out why my A/C and heater were not working. He spent the better part of four and one half hours without a break to detect and correct the problem with the assistance of an associate that he had on face time. Thank you Romeo Air for the superb service. I will recommend your firm to anyone in the future.

James came to service my unit as part of my service agreement. As usual he was thorough and professional and he noticed water collecting in the pan under my water heater which I had not noticed. He suctioned the water out for me and because of his observation I was alerted to contact a plumber before the situation became an emergency. His observation and kindness is honorable and I am so grateful to him and Romeo and will continue using their services for as long as I live in Naples.

Phenomenal service!! My service tech was James, and he was the ultimate professional! Very polite, very friendly, but most importantly, Very honest! He went above and beyond to get me up and running again. These guys now service me and my entire family !
