One hour saved the day! As a new mom of a micro preemie baby with special needs and on a budget, they were able to give not only fast service on short notice but great professional service. Our technician Pedro was knowledgeable and efficient and was able to fix our unit in a short amount of time. Thank you Pedro and thank you to Julio!!! I definitely recommend them!

I got a text & email prior to John’s arrival that displayed his BIO & picture, which was so helpful & courteous. Reading he’s a skilled HVAC service tech over 20 yrs gave me extra confidence before he arrived. John was on-time, pleasant, very professional in appearance & manners, respectful, knowledgeable, courteous & easy to work with bc he was patient & informative. He helped me fully understand the issues & solutions.

He quickly diagnosed the problem & presented me with a company pre-printed booklet that listed all their services, repair prices & estimated repair.time. I felt this was open & honest. I asked for & rec’d an add’l discount since I was a former customer 4 yrs ago. They valued me as a customer which is important! My part was under warranty, but I still had to pay for the labor costs. But, since I got such detailed explanation & expert service, I felt confident I wasn’t being up charged or taken advantage of, especially since I’m an older lady.

Upon project completion, John emailed a detailed invoice.John also did other diagnostic tests to see if there were other issues, which he did find a leak in a coil, so he showed me the meter readings as proof. He made the additional repairs needed & added refrigerant at no extra charge! Not up-selling is so honest & amazing nowadays!! So, EXCELLENT customer service & care. He also showed me before & after pictures from his phone of the system issues & repair done. That was appreciated!

John readily had the equipment/parts needed to fix the problem, which was great his van was well-stocked, also clean & maintained, indicating to me .a reputable business. BTW, John was clean-cut & in company uniform, which also represents a respectable company. (I recently had a tech from a different company for a different system & he was disheveled, sloppy & just gross. It made such an unfavorable impression on me that I’ll avoid using that co again!) so it DOES matter who comes into my home & works on my hard-earned property!

From start to finish, I was VERY happy with this whole service call. I will definitely use them again & ask for John Perkins, bc I KNOW he’ll do an expert, honest, thorough, efficient & reliable job!

I am so very grateful that your technicians arrived the very same day that I called after my AC unit failed! They were excellent in every way: knowledgable, focussed, and very pleasant. Here in Florida, if your AC system fails, you need a qualified and timely professional response. That is what One Hour Heating provided.

Giovanni Poli from One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating was just great 👍 He performed quick maintenance for our 2 AC units. We would highly recommend this company to other people. If you dont skip your maintenance, you don't have problems.

This was the second or third time I have used One Hour
Air. They are truly professional and went out of their way to find the parts for my AC so I didn't have to wait. The technician was Pedro Guzman. Very professional and very knowledgeable. He had great people skills and did his homework to find out if the part was under warranty instead of selling me something substantially more expensive. I appreciated that more than I could every tell you. My AC was fixed the same day. They are the best in the business. I will always call One Hour Air.

service was very good. technician was prompt and thorough.they arrived a couple hours after our initial call which is outstanding! . i give 4 stars bc the unit is not fixed yet. and am awaiting resolution to our problem which needs a part. the unit is only two years old. … if it’s resolved tomorrow under warranty as it should be, i will come back and give 5 stars!

Robot AI call center and tough to get real person. Their name One Hour is a joke. Tried cancelling during their posted business hours and could not reach anyone or confirm. Very corporate and non-personal feeling. Went with a local guy who was much more responsive.

What we appreciate the most was that he talked to us a friend, not a company person. He also did a great job analyzing are units and making sure we were in a good place and only recommending what was really needed for our home.

John was amazing! To be able to get a technician out within two hours on a weekend who fixed our problem and was reasonably priced. Would definitely use this company again!

The maintenance program is very good and Raphael was very good at helping me understand the conditions and needs of my system. He is both knowledgeable and professional. Florida has a unique environment on AC units and he was very helpful.

One Hour H & AC was able to schedule me in for same day service. Hebreux L. Came out and as the company's name he was able to diagnose and replace the damage part all in 1 hour. Extremely grateful to have had a very knowledgeable, respectful and nice technician come help us out. I definitely will recommend this company to others and will be my go to company.

I had been a relatively happy customer for the past few years with One Hour until their last visit. I had asked ahead of time if the technician would be able to install new Nest thermostats, due to my current ones being discontinued by Nest/Google. Shame on me for not asking the cost ahead of time!
The technician came and performed normal maintenance then installed the new thermostats, which took about 10/15 minutes for both installs. He wasn’t going to charge me for the installation, but after calling in to the office, (they always try to upsell you something) I was told the installations would cost $350 per unit. When I called the office to talk about the price, I was eventually put on hold so “he could talk to the manager” . There was a discussion alright, and one of the two fools unmuted the phone, whereby I could hear their entire conversation. When I acknowledged I could hear them talking about me, they immediately disconnected the call and my future calls went to voicemail. Unprofessional and childish. The only reason I’m writing this review months later is that I’m annoyed once again by this company enough to write a negative review. My heater was not working during this recent cold snap. Obviously I used a different hvac company, the new technician was troubleshooting and immediately found the problem was the thermostat was installed incorrectly, the wrong heat source was selected. So not only did they price gouge me back in October but they price gouged me on something they didn’t even do correctly anyway. They stink, I’m no longer a customer.

Pedro has been servicing my AC for years, and he continues to deliver great work. He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and always shows up with a great attitude. Whether it’s regular maintenance or troubleshooting an issue, he explains everything clearly and makes sure the job is done right. It’s rare to find someone this consistent and trustworthy. I truly appreciate his professionalism and hard work.

Let me start off with the individuals who performed the service were very nice. However, When we first signed up, the initial tech explained that the membership would be $20 per month and that service calls, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings, would be free. Based on that information, we enrolled.

Six months later, we needed a weekend service call and were told it would be $79.99 plus the cost of repairs. When we asked to schedule it for Monday instead, we were still quoted $79.99. Only then were we told the membership simply reduced the fee from $99.99 to $79.99… not that service calls were free as originally explained.

When we shared what we were told at signup, we were informed that was incorrect and nothing could be done. We immediately canceled our membership.

It’s frustrating to feel like you agreed to something based on inaccurate information. And makes me not trust them as a company as a whole. We will not be using them again due to this. If we can’t trust them on something as simple as their membership terms, how should we trust them that they’re doing the work they say they are do our unit. Never again.

My technician, Aurold Cania did a wonderful job. He was very professional, left everything clean and was able to assist me in the benefits of the infrared lights that he installed.
I was so pleased with his service that I am hoping I can request him each time my unit needs service.

John showed up same day(Saturday). It was getting pretty hot inside but he got the unit running again until we get a one. Fair price and quality service!

Everything went smooth and without any issues. They were professional, punctual and efficient. We did not get a second bid so we do not know about price but we had used them before and we appreciate their professionalism and their work ethic.
