Since then, we have them service both our home and business - they keep our units running efficiently and come quickly when there is an issue. Pure-Air has no interest in providing good service. Everyone from the phones, technicians and managers operate with a we are so busy we don’t need your business attitude. For warrantee work on a very high-end system I bought from them they wanted to charge 2x labor cost then the company we ended up using. Pure Air had no compassion or interest in helping get my family’s system running for a very hot Florida weekend. The other company used Pure Air diagnostic ran the warrantee rushed to pick up parts and jumped on the fix in hours so we wouldn’t have to wait till Tuesday (5 days after call to Pure Air) and was 1/2 cost. The warrantee job done took 3 hours Pure Air quote was over 4k. Yes, there was some other materials like charging the system, but not that many thousands worth. Avoid them like your wallet depends on it.

Quick to repond and thorough. The Tech showed pictures of inaccessible, to me, parts of the system and what he did. I have been with Pure Air for years ever since buying the system from them. I highly recommend them.
