Matt is a top-notch plumber. Very professional explains what he is going to do. And gave me my options. What will be best for my job. I would definitely use best home services again. Because of Matt's, professionalism and knowledge.

Best Home Services repaired a damaged outlet in my home. Devin was quick, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. When I called for information, Amy was also efficient with a good sense of humor. Both these workers seemed happy with what they were doing, and happy with their company. That says a lot. A big thank you for next day service with a smile that I know was done right. ( Devin, if I got your name wrong, I'm sorry. SO bad with names!)

We had our annual plumbing inspection with Best Home Services this week. Once again, they were able to professionally address the items that rightfully needed attention. We are both pleased and confident in having our plumbing needs being addressed by the technician who worked with us this year.

Our tech, Cameron, was professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. He had the tools and equipment to diagnose that our sewer pipe was blocked by tree roots. He flushed it out which allowed us to us our bathrooms for a few days while we waited for the repair. He came back to dig up the pipe and replace the broken section and restore our yard in one day. Cameron earned all five stars and then some!

Alex was polite and kept me informed on the time he was to arrive. He explained my choice of a new faucet vs cartridge repair. I will call Best Homes again if I need service.

Had a bad clog in my kitchen drain. Ryan suggested the camera so we could see what and where it was then suggested doing the jet stream to clean the pipes. We went with his suggestion he was absolutely great! His attention to detail and his customer service what a great guy! Highly recommend this company and Ryan if you have any drainage issues. He is your guy! Thanks Ryan!!!

I am very pleased with Justin Lunge's installation of the new water heater at my home yesterday. He called providing his arrival time and was very cordial. The installation went smoothly and the installation looks great.

Camron was a fantastic repair man, very informative, knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a broken shut off valve on my tankless water heater. The plumber charged me $888.00 to install a cold and hot water valve! I said to him that price sounds exorbitant. But I needed it fixed. He said we are higher priced but do good work. Afterward, I called around and felt I may have overpaid. Then while inspecting my kitchen faucet in the sink he lost a part causing him to have to order a total replacement faucet.

Update Dec 29, 2025:
I spoke to Best Home Services Customer Relations Person about my concerns. She explained the customary charges for my plumbing issue. She then sent a different plumber to my home Monday morning with a brand new faucet! He quickly removed the old one and installed the new one. No cost to me. I am satisfied with my resolution and the work completed by the plumber.

They were here first thing this morning and by noon they had my new Heating And Air conditioner all installed ready to go. The two young men that came were very nice very respectful. I would never hesitate to Call them back if we ever need any repairs thank you so much

Mr. Camron Drake was informative and professional. Unclogged Toilet plumbing quickly and cleaned up area after servicing. Excellent knowledge and Customer friendly, educated myself on how to check for issues. Alan, our electrician from Best Home Services, did a great job helping is with our electrical issue. He communicated well about his arrival time. He knew right away what the issue was and gave us a solution. While he was at the house, we asked Alan about another light fixture that we wanted to replace and he told us that he could take care of that as well. He was professional and knowledgeable. We are very satisfied with our experience.

Rob is such a great guy he is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to figure out where my problem was coming from with the method of elimination in a very timely manner. Ryan Lane was one of the best Inspectors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He came out for a main line scope and to start he was courteous by calling with an ETA. He was respectful, and extremely professional answering questions and providing valuable insight. You can tell Ryan has a lot of experience and knowledge in his field and he will explain all the details about your homes plumbing condition and situation so you can make a well informed decision about any services or maintenence you need or want done. He was also super friendly offering cold water, toys for kids and pets, and even a flashlight! All in all Ryan is a dedicated and passionate technician who will leave you wanting to work with him again for any of your future plumbing needs. I definitely can't reccomend him enough!
