We recently had a sewer drain backup late in the day on a Friday afternoon! We chose Best Home Services for service and are completely satisfied with our results!
The technician (Camron) was one of the best people we’ve had for onsite service in a long time.
He was well informed and very knowledgeable in residential plumbing.
He also had the necessary tools and equipment to fully resolve our issue.
He was extremely patient and methodical in his approach handling the situation to see the job was complete and fully functioning. We were fully informed of his progress and the final outcome of his work including photographs which was reassuring to us.

4) Found the most economical solution - was able to work with MFG to honor warranty.
5) Communication excellent - quickly identified and explained the issue and solution.

Our hot water heater went out on a Friday the same day we had guests arriving. Rob came out and determined the hot water needed to be replaced same day. It was under warranty and Rob worked with the MFG to honor the warranty and locate a replacement. He drove 90 miles away through traffic to pick up and install all in the same day.

Devin did a great job. Quick and friendly service. Installed a whole home surge protector to solve light flickering and bulbs blowing. Installed new kitchen wafer lights. Installed a generator outlet as well. All looks good. I would recommend him for for other electrical issues and refer to my family as well.

Our experience with Best Home Services was nothing but exceptional. Ryan arrived on a Sunday to diagnose and clear an obstruction quickly and efficiently providing all necessary photos and videos. His detailed account was so helpful. Highly recommend!!

Anthony Sanchez was our tech. He was extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful! He did a wonderful job of explaining everything to us. He took his time, did an outstanding job. We called today and they came the same day. We would 100% recommend!

I contacted Best Home Services to replace my kitchen faucet — no plumbing changes were needed. They gave me a quote of $1,400 for the replacement, which included labor and a new faucet. They also mentioned that the sink “probably needs to be replaced.”

For the record, my sink is perfectly fine. And $1,400 just to replace a faucet? Really? When I questioned it, they said, “We’re licensed, and that’s what it costs.”

Well, that’s not happening. I paid $39 for the estimate, which I’m fine with, but I ended up finding someone else who did the entire job for $250 — faucet included.

So, just a heads-up: always double-check the cost of your home repairs before agreeing to anything.

Today, Best Home Services reached out to me regarding my review and concerns about my experience. I didn’t request it, but they refunded my assessment fee, which was very nice of them. They also mentioned they’re working on improving their process. Because of this, I’ve changed my review from 1 to 3 stars. I really appreciate their customer care!

We called because most all our kitchen outlets had gone out, and they had a tech out to our home (deep in the estates) within a few hours. Alan was very professional and courteous, was patient and nice to my 2 crazy hound dogs, and explained the issue to both myself and my husband over the phone. He walked us through the issue, even showing me how to diagnose future problems with our breaker, then went to get the proper replacement parts and was back quickly to have everything safely fixed and running that same day. They also had a special for a complimentary plumbing diagnostic, which we’ve scheduled for later this week. Excellent service, will use them again in the future. Thanks again to Alan!

We were quoted over 1500.00 for an in warranty coil. The job time would take about 3 hrs. 500.00 per hour is far too high. And remember to support the new bill being introduced to Florida Legislation, HVAC Consumer Protection & Fair Pricing Act

I have been using Pure Air AC for my original AC installation and ongoing service for more than three years. Their service and support staff are top notch. I recently had my system serviced and minor repairs done by technician Michael F. He was on time, courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. When, addressing some of the system updates, he was comfortable with contacting Senior support in their office to confirm diagnostics and what was needed. I recently purchased a new Two Stage Trane AC unit from Pure Air in Naples. I’m happy to say the experience was a positive one. The sales representative (Novie) was fantastic. He visited my home to assess my needs, provided me with literature on recommended systems, patiently answered my many questions and provided a detailed estimate of the services that would be provided. The installation team (led by AJ) was wonderful. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable and respectful. They completed a full system review with me, explained the features of my new thermostat and showed me how to operate the schedule features. They were meticulous while they were working and cleaned everything up before they left. The company completed all of the warranty registration for my new unit and sent me copies for my records. They followed up with me a few days after the installation to make sure that the system was operating well and to obtain feedback on the installation and their team. I would highly recommend Pure Air for your air conditioning needs.

Pure Air has been very dependable, responsive and on time with their appointments. The technicians are experienced and the quality of their service has been much appreciated. The office is well coordinated and whenever I call a representative picks up the phone. I have been very pleased and recommend their services.

I am 83. My husband is 84. We strongly rely upon competent/reliable/honest vendors to service our home. We purchased our first A/C from Pure Air in April of 2015. We just purchased our second A/C from Pure Air in May of 2025. That should speak volumes to all!!
Obviously, we have been extremely pleased with both the product and the service. We are grateful and appreciate their integrity.

Arrived on time. Quickly began work and performed every check and physical requirement needed in a very timely manner. I am happy with the service.

Used Pure Air for over 10 years. In addition to 2X yearly maintenance, they installed a new Trane unit 6 yrs ago to replace our 12 yo unit. New unit continually had issues including a compressor failure and replacement in 2024. In Feb. 2025, unit stopped working again. Total of 4 service visits over a 2 week period without a solution: cost $678 to replace air flow control board. On the next visit—we were told rats or anoles must have eaten through wires to thermostat. Estimate for rewiring (promised in 24 hours) never arrived. We were ghosted (no response to email or phone calls). Still no functioning AC (26 days out) and we don’t have rats. Called another AC company. They identified problem (bad wire harness), ordered the part and had AC running in 2 days: Cost $185. Out of curiosity, we called Pure Air to request the rewire estimate. Finally sent (predated by 10 days). Cost: $956. A total charge of $1700 to fix something that cost $185. We cut ties (although we had one visit left on service contract). Contacted company to express displeasure and relate details. No response—apparently the way the business works now. Too bad, used to be reliable, not anymore. Buyer beware!!
