I have been struggling with issues on our sewer lines in our new home since we moved in and needed someone to come inspect what was going on. I am so impressed with the amount of thoroughness we were met with from the tech they sent to our home. He cared, was honest with the problems and documented every bit as he inspected and was so professional. I am very happy with the service we received today. Ryan not only went miles above what we expected, but answered all our questions and made sure the builder who built this home’s questions were answered and had ALL the information before leaving. So impressed. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Derrick was very professional and personable. He performed an excellent job...my old heater wasn't an easy replacement. But Derrick explained things thoroughly to me and when he finished my new heater now looks like a piece of art . Great job Derrick!

Did good job and same day but way over priced. Almost doubled. I could get a water heater at home depot is $1000. $1100 for labor and installation plus a water heater for total of $2100 seems excessive. I get not knowing how to weld myself but jeez.

Update - 1/13/26 few days ago they reaches out to me to discuss issue had. Must say I was never expecting anyone to reach out and try to help make things better. Today they called back with some pretty good news. I would really have to say after the experience they really do care about the customer and there feedback. Never ever have i got a call from anyone trying to correct a situation after the transaction was complete. Could have told me to bad. They didn't and will most definitely call them for other issues in future. I thank you for reaching out.

The Tech was definitely awesome, Johnnie was great. He was professional courteous and definitely knew what he was doing. I had a short that kept tripping the breaker. Turns out it was more than one short he found both of them problem resolved. He was very tenacious and resolving the problem again I would give him 10 stars if I could, my problem with this company is they rope you in with the cheap $39 assessment fee and then it will cost you you over $1000 They say it’s a set price on their website but it’s not. Just look on the website not a single price estimation. I say estimation because every repair is different. I understand that. The average price of electrician is $100 an hour in our area they charge $200. Again, not a problem if you explicitly explain that to someone Before work is started. Again, I believe they will help you with any issue, but it’ll cost you.

Really great experience with plumber - Camron. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my septic system in a way that actually made sense. I never felt rushed or confused.

He went over the prices and what each service included before doing anything, which I really appreciated—everything was transparent and fair. He also gave me a few helpful tips and recommendations for keeping things running smoothly in the future.

Overall, just an honest, knowledgeable plumber who clearly knows their stuff. I’d definitely call them again if I ever need more work done!

Septic system was backing up and Ryan checked the drainage system with a camera and took his time explaining everything we were looking at on the camera. Very helpful and professional. Would definitely request Ryan for a plumbing service call.

I called Best Home Services for an electrician to fix our laundry room lights, John Hoefert came and fixed the problem. He replaced the old one, assembled and installed the new light fixture. He also offered us for membership annually and we got a big discount in it. Great job John we really appreciate your good work. Anthony came out and fixed our electrical issue within 20 mins. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that was going on. I would highly recommend this company for their professional, fast and reliable service!

I called Best Home Services to schedule an electrician to come to my home because of numerous receptacles inside and outside not working. They were able to send someone the next day, even though it was a Saturday. All I can say is I feel I hit the jackpot because most of my electrical issues were fixed in a timely manner and the reason for failure was explained. I was charged a fair price for the work done and there was no pressure to upgrade components that were not necessary. I am so thankful that all my electrical outlets are working and I can now decorate inside and out for the holidays. Thank you for a job well done.

Wonderful experience with this company. Every tech that came out (electrician and plumbing) had over a decade of experience. I had a unique electrical and plumbing issue and they handled it with ease. They took the time to explain what was going on, making sure I understood the problem. John at Best Electric in Naples solved our need to install our vintage chandelier. It was a difficult install because he had to go into our crawl space attic. He handled it so well! The install was great. The best part was that I was able to get a same day appt! Such a good experience, priced fairly, too. Thanks to Dylan’s and John!

James was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased that he was willing to explain everything to me. I felt reassured that the problem was taken care of, and I won’t have any future issues.. Everything is not only aesthetically better, but is working incredibly well!!!
Unfortunately, I have to add this. Someone added a maintenance plan to my bill when I already spoke with both Kevin and James, that I was not interested due to the fact that I already had a yearly maintenance plan with another company. I would see if I could cancel it because it was a much better deal that was offered to me by Best Home Services. I would let them know if I was able to cancel if not, I would wait until after November when my maintenance plan was completed. I asked Kevin to send me the information so I could looked at their plan. Which I did receive from him after my service. The one thing I did not receive was my receipt until I emailed Friday and then called Saturday morning. I was told I was signing for the work to be done and my warranty on the service. The warranty supposedly took two signatures. Obviously, The warranty did not take two signatures. Everything above that was swiped up and all I saw was a place to sign again. Figuring I was being told the truth I didn’t question. I am not sure if James was told I wanted to have the maintenance plan. As mentioned I did tell him also I was not interested. I have now been waiting all day to hear back from someone to correct this issue. I am extremely happy with the service, but not with this mistake.

He was great.He can come and service me when i need him .He was good at telling me what was going on. A very hard worker. You don't fine many people as good and nice as him. Ryan was super helpful before he even got to our house giving us a call and walking us through possible issues we were experiencing. He explained everything in detail as he learned more and and broke down pricing/service options along the way. He was very friendly even answering questions I had the next day. This was an emergency service at my house in the evening and I was very pleased with how quickly someone was able to make it over here.

Highly recommend getting you work done with this company and working with Ryan.

Brandon left a link in a text for me to rate his service. I wanted to wait, and give him a chance to fix the issue. I have 2 ceiling fans that were wired wrong by a previous contractor. The fans are supposed to have speed control and forward and reverse. He only added speed controllers. When you turn the fans, on they are fighting the direction they want to turn, then go in the direction either forward and reverse. He told me that's what 12v motors do. Lol. I know enough about motors, that's not what they do. If he was right they would both be spinning in the same direction. One is going clockwise the other is not. Polarity is reversed or they are not wired into a switch with forward and reverse. I got a call from someone at the company wanting to sell me a contract. I let them know the problem. I also responded with my issues to the original text wanting me to leave a review so they could fix the issue before giving a response. Since they sent another text to leave a review, here it is. For the amount they charged, you would think that they would make it right.

My electrician, Mario, went through a very thorough multi-point inspection sheet as part of maintenance visit. He explained what he was going to do and then his findings. We discussed pro & cons and costs so that i could think about it. No pressure, just answers to my many questions. I decided what I can do now, gave him okay and it was done while he was still here. I am glad that Best Home Services has such competent and professional employees.

Ryan did a great job clearing our sewage backup. After hours of trying to get an appointment with other companies that was not DAYS out, called Best Home Services and got an appointment same day. Once on site start to finish was less than an hour, communicated very well on what was needed and presented different options on how to fix it. Would highly recommend for any that need emergency services or just quick service in general.

Matt Leatherwood arrived early to fix a broken pipe behind bathroom wall. He was very polite and professional addressing the situation and giving a price quote. The repair he made was excellent and exactly what I wanted. He didn’t leave until late evening and made sure I was completely satisfied with the job. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed the way I wanted it, even if it caused him more work and a longer night. Great craftsman and person. Thanks again

Ryan was awesome to work with. He was quick to respond when we needed our drain lines cleared and showed up sooner than anticipated. Super professional, easy to communicate with, and got everything taken care of without any hassle.

This was the best experience we have had. Our water heater broke and I reached out to 6 other local services with no response. Best Home called me first thing in the morning got me scheduled right away. Rob the technician called to let me know he was coming and time he would be there. He was prompt, courteous and so understanding that I had no knowledge of anything related to the water heater and I asked him to please contact my husband and he stayed in contact with him during the full process. He was AMAZING!!
I would recommended their services to anyone. They were the first ones there for us in a crisis. Rob went above and beyond for us from start to finish and took the time to be very thorough and took the extra time to explain to me everything he was doing.
