Romeo Air has become my new go to for any Air conditioning issues I have. They are always priced reasonably and are very thorough and knowledgeable. I have multiple systems in my home which, needless to say, can be very costly to maintain or replace. Recently my upstairs unit had, after 12 years of service, decided it was time to go. Romeo came super quick with a proposal that was very fair and had my new system installed and running within 48 hours. Definitely be using them again!

I am very happy to have dealt with John and his company!! He was very knowledgeable as well as hands on! I called for a quote and he responded quckly! I've had ductwork issues and the age of my system was overdue by a few years and not maintaining my home properly let alone the water issues! John not only helped me get my ductwork situated and my system replaced but I have not seen a drip of anything what so ever and my home is quiet, dry, and cooling like never before!!! Such a service! First choice cooling and heating they are amazing they put in a new unit for me. I called them and the next day they came out and looked at my unit I couldn’t believe how fast they were and installed it three days later Brand New one They were on time answered all my questions I checked around on prices they have the best price in town definitely recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a new unit or a repair they are very honest and knowledgeable. John is an amazing individual who is honest and does what he said he would do at a fair. After Hurricane Ian he repaired my system quickly. I have without hesitation referred my neighbors to First Choice Cooling and Heating and all were very happy with his services.

I had an issue with my Air-conditioner not cycling properly. It was still blowing cold air but ran for 4hrs+ straight to maintain the inside temperature. I called John May at First Choice Cooling & Heating and informed him of the issue. I was first on his list to come fix the issue and he showed up on time, fixed the issue (low Freon in the system) within less than an hour. Checked the system for any other issues and charges a fair price for the service call and repair. I recommend First Choice Cooling & Heating to others. Professional, Responsive, and On-Time.

There must be 1000 posts a day from people looking for a reputable AC company. There is not enough space here to describe the excellence of First Choice Cooling. Quite frankly I am shocked in this environment to find someone who will come over at 7:30 at night to flush out an AC UNIT that is filling with water. No extra charge. John (the person who took care of us) made sure we would not be without AC overnight. This is the third time he came out within an hour after I called. I don’t know him well.. but I know him well enough to say First Choice is exactly that! Highly recommend!
