I called late in the afternoon with a refrigerator issue & Tito got me scheduled me for the following morning. My issue wasn't straight forward & was occurring intermittently & unfortunately not during the repair visit. Instead of switching out parts that may or may not resolve the problem & potentially charging me unnecessarily, Bernie pointed me to the right parts that I could switch out myself if & when the problem reoccurs. I greatly appreciated his honestly & would highly recommend Tito's!

Thanks to Bernie we got our fridge back in working order very quickly. I called and he came to fix it within the hour, so I was able to save most of the food in the freezer! Bernie also made good recommendations about using surge protectors. He was honest about the cost of the repair. He has a delightful personality and represents Tito's well. Thanks!

We were nervous about buying a used washer and dryer, but decided to look around this place because of the great reviews. Tito was extremely friendly and customer oriented. He asked us how often we use them, if they are big or small loads, and how many people live in our house. He then directed us to a set that he thought would work and a brand that was known to last and be cheaper to fix.
He gave us free delivery because we live close by, and promised it for the next day. We walked out of there around 5pm. I got a call from him later saying his guys were willing to deliver that night. They delivered at 7pm, which is amazing! They were polite and efficient workers who took time to show me how it works. They even took my recycling down to the curb!
Fantastic people who deserve your business

Called Tito's looking for a dryer. They were very accomadating. We went to their place and were shown a variety of dryers to pick from. They plugged it in, let it run so we could see if we liked it. Then for a few dollars more, delivered it and installed it for us. I highly reccomend them. Great customer service and great prices.

Tito was very professional and kind!! Hooked us up with a bomb deal on a new dryer!! It was delivered the same day, the guys that delivered were very nice and respectful of our home!! Thank you for all y'all do!! 🙏🏽💗💯

It was a Saturday and our refrigerator quit cooling. My wife spoke with Tito and she said how pleasant and helpful he was. We had tried several service places in the area and they said no service until Monday. Well, Tito send an expert technician, Bernie, over to our place to take care of the problem. Bernie diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Bernie is smart and easy to communicate with. His charge was very reasonable. Now, our refrig is cooling perfectly. We will use them exclusively for all our service and appliance needs. Wonderful experience.

I called Tito’s appliance on a Friday and they were there on a Monday to see what was going on with my dryer. The tech figured it out in about 30 minutes, ordered the part and came back the day the part came in to finish the repair. These guys are honest, quick, and reliable. I highly recommend them!

My dryer wasn't heating up so I called Tito. And he had someone call me right back and they were able to come out today, the very same day, and fixed the heating element. The guy who came out was very nice. I was very very happy with their service. I will definitely use them again if I need them!!

Tito was thorough with service and concerns. He was absolutely professional. He demonstrated patience explaining details for me to understand. I will be using Tito again. I have him on speed dial.

My refrigerator's cooling coil froze up and the cooling fan was absurdly noisy. Tito personally took care of it and now the fridge is nice and silent and cools far more efficiently. Kudos to this company. Incredibly reasonable and incredibly reliable, honest AND trustworthy. You guys have a customer for life!!!

I have used this company since I purchased my Naples property in 1997. They are reliable, hard working and very helpful over the years. They are excellent at coming out to your home on time to resolve any issues. They have repaired different appliances over the years for us.
Definitely recommend them!!

I purchased a reconditioned refrigerator two years ago and it stopped working. I called to have it taken back by Tito (I did not ask for any money for it). He refused. Offered to fix it for a fee. No thanks.

They don't guarantee a reconditioned product but when it completely stops working after two years, I would think offering to remove it is appropriate. Caveat Emptor.

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. After the workers who ripped out my kitchen due to Hurricane Ian flooding damaged my solid, perfectly performing GE range and broke the oven lock, I was told that this model was out of production and couldn't be repaired. Not only did all the brand new comparable ranges I looked at get many negative reviews for flimsy construction and breakdown problems, but even the comparable ones to mine (without fancy bells and whistles) were well over $1300. But having experienced Tito's miracles before, I gave him a call. He took a look at my photos, told me what reasonably priced part to buy, showed up in person with an associate and together they figured out a way to get it functioning without having to take the whole thing apart. Bottom line: for under $350 (parts and service) I have a better range than the one I would have had to buy for $1,300.
I highly recommend this long-time family-owned Naples business that thrives on fair prices, honesty, expertise and professionalism.

Just bought a top of the line refrigerator and stove. The prices were amazing. The service was great. I bought them at 2 and at 4:30 3 of the friendliest guys came and installed the new appliances and hauled away the old at no additional cost. Highly recommended.

Went to Tito’s yesterday because my Maytag clothes dryer was not heating. He helped me diagnose the issue and even recommended where I could get the required part from. I highly recommend this appliance repair service.

I called Tito and Bernie on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to squeeze in the installation of my dishwasher and microwave the very next day. Very friendly. Very responsive and they even took pictures of their work for me when they were done. Great communication and would highly recommend.

I couldn't be more impressed with Tito's Appliance Repair! My refrigerator was leaking when I called them...they were in my area and came right out. They are knowledgable, explained everything to me, and had the clogged drain pipe fixed in no time. Moreover, the price for the repair was fair and reasonable. I will without a doubt call them again when I need an appliance repaired! Wonderful service!

Not only the Tito’s appliances answer on the first call!! Their technician took his time to walk us through some trouble shoot prior to scheduling an on site visit. Nice to see a hard working family own company with fair, honest pricing. Took his time, cleaned up his work area & even gave some additional tips on how to properly maintain our appliances. In the last month I've actually bought an appliance from them, and they really stand behind their products. I had a couple issues which they handled SO quickly and professionally. And I love so much that they are a family business, and such a WONDERFUL family :) I can't say enough about how pleased I am. I'm telling anyone I meet who needs this service to call Tito!

I'm so thankful I called them! The lady who answered my call was very helpful and nice and worked me into the schedule fast, so I felt good about this business right away. The 2 men showed up exactly when they said they would (which was amazing in itself!) and immediately figured out the problem-then immediately fixed it! 5 hours from the call to having my freezer back working perfectly...I couldn't be happier. Very nice & professional people at a great price--I will be recommending Tito to anyone who needs an appliance fixed! :)

Tito and his apprentice David came today to repair my washing machine, and they did a great job. They came prepared with the possible parts I may have needed per my explanation of the problem when I had called to make the appointment. Tito diagnosed the problem and repaired it promptly using parts he had brought along.
