Came in, saw the coil was frozen over said nope it would take 2 to 3 hours and left -- was here less than 5 minutes.
When I originally called I explain we had IV medications & nutrition that has to be refrigerated, but he left us stranded.

Don't even think about using anyone else. 100% on time, fair prices and whatever Raymond fixes stays fixed. Outstanding repair service!

Raimond came and said he had fixed my dishwasher but when I turned it on it was still not fixed. I called him the next day to come back and really fix my dishwasher and he never returned my call. Do not hire this guy he doesn't know what he is doing.

Very fast service and very reasonable pricing. We called on a Saturday morning and Mr Vilys was here within 2 hours as he stated. He got our refridgerator up and running within an hour. Very highly recommended for anyone!!

I cannot thank Raimis enough, he truly saved the day. A few days before I had to host a large family reunion, my fridge completely stopped working! Unsure of what could be done, I had a repair man come out to tell me what I needed to do to have it fixed. He told me that there’s nothing that could be done and to just go buy a new one since he could not help me. I was devastated but what could I do? So I go to the store and apparently because of production shortages, they have nothing in stock and won’t have anything available for months!! I checked all the big box stores and they all had the same problem. I panicked, since there’s no way I can go without a fridge, let alone to fact that I was hosting family soon. I honestly had no idea what to do, then a friend of mine recommended Raimis and I figured I had nothing to lose, I was already without a fridge for what looked like months. I am so so happy I called him. He came over and was very professional. He spent a lot of time looking at everything and checking some of the machine parts. He probably spent twice as much time looking at everything carefully compared to the first guy. I started to have a bit more hope. He was able to get the part I needed and fixed the fridge within a day! He was so thorough and cleaned everything up and turns out my fridge was fine and just needed a small part. I am so thankful I decided to call him. Because of his hard work and knowledge, I saved thousands of dollars and didn’t have to buy a new fridge! I would recommend him to anyone!

Raimond/Absolut Appliance arrived as promised, on time. He diagnosed my 20-year-old GE dryer problems within a few minutes, gave me a reasonable quote for repairs (he has most common parts already on hand, he tells me), then finished the repairs, all within about an hour. This has saved substantial expense for me - replacement of that dryer, plus a "matching" washer (mine is still working fine) would have been $600 or more.
This is Raimond's 2nd entirely-satisfactory job for me. I recommend him without reservation.

After the Home-Tech debacle, I called Raimond. I've used Raimond previously and why I didn't think to call him immediately for my most recent repair need - I don't know. He was out quickly and for the cost that Home-Tech charges for 15 minutes of looking at your appliance, he fixed both the door and the drain problem. He's timely, honest and does the job well. What more can you ask for?

My wife was home at the time that the tech came. Our refrigerator was not working correctly. He found that the inside vents were blocked and the air was not circulating correctly. He could have easily ripped us off and required us to have a part replaced or fixed.
She also had him look at our washing machine and other appliances. Again he recommended what needed to be done and did not pressure her into a repair. I highly recommend this company the technician is very very honest! They were worth the $95 service fee for him to come over today!

I needed to replace the glass top on my GE oven. After researching and contacting several local appliance repair businesses I decided to use Absolut Appliance Repair. I spoke to Raimond of Absolut Appliance Repair. Raimond quoted me a price for parts and labor that seemed more reasonable than other local businesses. He told me he would order the part and call me as soon as he received it. He estimated that it would take 3 or 4 days to receive the part. The glass top arrived on the third day following our telephone conversation and I made an appointment with Raimond for the installation. Raimond arrived at my home on time. He was very efficient and completed the repair without issue. Raimond is knowledgeable, professional, honest and courteous. I highly recommend Absolut Appliance Repair.
