Raimond gave me a window of time, he arrived right in the middle of it, had my refrigerator diagnosed in 10 minutes, had a new Whirlpool main computer board in his truck and installed it, checked everything and was completely finished in a total of less than :30. I highly recommend, so professional too!

Update: Excellent service by Jamal on a Saturday. He thawed an incredible amount of ice off the freezer coils, then did troubleshooting to find out why it keeps happening. Isolated the problem and ordered the part. He did a very good cleanup and was knowledgeable and thorough in diagnosing the problem . Once the board is replaced we should be free of this issue. Thank you Jamal!!

Great service by Zach! Called 30 minutes ahead of time, diagnosed why the freezer section wasn’t freezing within minutes and went right to work. Dave did an admirable job fixing a complex problem with my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. He was determined and worked methodically to resolve the problems. He was friendly and explained things as the repairs were made.
An advance call notifying me of ETA was also helpful.

From my initial call with Nick to next day call to Auri to change repair date to a sooner time because Fridge was getting worse. They sent Bryan out right away. Stay far away from this company. Terrible customer service from the lady in the office. One of the repairmen came out to fix my fridge. He had to order the part for it to be repaired. Came out, swapped out the part, and maybe 2-3 weeks later, both the fridge and freezer stopped working again. The same company came out, gave me another reason why everything stopped working. Gentleman said he was going to order multiple parts for it to be fixed. It has been 8 days, and I have yet to receive a call from the office. I called to follow up, and the lady in the office told me that she has been calling and leaving me messages. I never received one call, or a voicemail from this company. She even tells me that I may have her blocked on my phone. Well, I don’t have them blocked. Why in the world would I block them when my fridge has been giving me issues for months now? She also said they closed out the ticket and I need to call the warranty company to start the process again. 8 days and the tickets already closed out? Really??? Terrible customer service, I will be sure to never use them again.

Had a miscommunication I think - they were supposed to call yesterday to tell me if morning or afternoon appointment, but they did not. They did leave an automated message about what their warranty does not cover. It was so broken up I barely made out what it was about. I tried calling but the phone just rang and rang. No option to leave a message. I also called in AM and same thing. I have no idea if or when they will arrive. I have stuff I need to do today. I won’t sit home all day waiting. Hope they don’t show up while I’m gone. Finally, repairman called to let me know approximate arrival time, but I ended up staying home all day to wait for the call and then the appointment. The repairman was very nice and professional and did a great job.

Tyler, our service Specialist, did a great job. He was efficient and through. I was not getting much lint from my new dryer and was concerned there was a problem. He checked everything and even showed me how to tell in the future. I would use this Company again.
