I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Randall. He gave me a curtesy call ahead of his arrival . He was on time and great with my dogs! He recognized the issue within the first couple minutes. He also had the part on his truck and made the repair . He was very polite and efficient. Thank you for outstanding service Randall.

Where should I start. First of all, the customer service was excellent and started with our first phone call to their office. They got back to us ASAP regarding our washer.

Larry, the technician, found the problem ordered the part and fixed the issue within 48 hours. He was so thorough, knowledgeable, and very professional.

This company, Larry, the technician, and the office went out of their way to help us with our refrigerator issue. After the warranty company that we bought our 5-year extended warranty denied our claim coverage for our refrigerator door issue, they stepped up to call that company. We are waiting to hear back. Who does that? Apparently, GULF COAST APPLIANCE REPAIR. I will difently be referring them to my friends. Thank you.

Tom was our assigned tech for a washing machine repair this week. He was phenomenal! He communicated with us, arrived on time and was prepared to do the job. He was intelligent, skilled and professional. We appreciate his good work! My husband, Larry, agrees 100% Thank you, Tom!

We moved into our new home in Naples. Turned the oven on for the first time and it sounded like a rocket ship was lifting off. I contacted a competitor who charged me $99 for a diagnosis and gave me a quote for $1100 to replace the convection fan. We decided to call Gulf Coast Appliance for a second opinion and were extremely happy we did.
I called Gulf Coast - explained our issue needing a new fan. I was quoted on the spot a total that was less than $425 - parts and labor. Miguel came out and installed the new parts and the oven works perfectly.
Loved the upfront pricing, the people were extremely nice and everything went as planned - even saving me money.

Larry at Gulfcoast appliance is very professional and knows the Whirlpool products. He explained in detail our concerns. I would say that Larry is an asset to the company.

The stove was under warranty. Door needed to be replaced. Oven temperature was adjusted. Tom took care of both quickly and took the time to explain to me how both problems were handled. Thank you!

Larry was here to fix my dishwasher door that became unhinged. He was able to fix the hinge in record time and also fixed a bottom piece of insulation that the contractor did not complete. I would recommend Larry and Gulf Coast for all my appliance problems.

I was given GulfCoast information by an appliance store who works with them regularly. they said that they were the best in the business. So I called them and asked for assistance with a very old dryer that is no longer made and parts are no longer available. I love this dryer and I had sent the circuit board out for repair but it still wasn’t working. I talked to a woman and asked her to check in with one of the techs to see if he thought he could help me.

Honestly, I didn’t even expect to hear back from them. But the following day, she called me and set up an appointment with a guy who had worked on these machines before.

When he came out, he really tried to manage my expectations. But then he managed a miracle. My dryer is running and I’m ecstatic. He couldn’t promise it would continue to run and I understand that. But the fact that he put the effort in and told me basically that he believed the board had been repaired, but it wasn’t connecting with the machine he was able to do a reset and got it going .

My extended warranty company sent Gulfcoast Appliance to repair my KitchenAid double oven. So happy they did choose them. Tom did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Took his time and was very thorough. Professional and personable as well.

Larry and Sal were punctual quick and professional! Have an issue with Electrolux but that’s another issue! Gulf Coast Appliance was excellent!

Ours was a warranty service. They were quick to call, responsive, and kept me informed (they needed to order parts and schedule another day). Tom came to fix it and was amazing- went right to work, let me know what needed to be done, fixed it and let me know what he did while the washer test ran. Highly recommended!

Do NOT use this company for appliance repairs!

This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had. Our dishwasher started leaking, and the company sent someone out who said it needed a part that wasn’t in stock. After pulling the dishwasher out from my kitchen island, they ordered the part — but even after it arrived, the leak continued.

Over the next couple of months, five different technicians came to my home. Each time they pulled the dishwasher in and out, they caused more damage. My home is a new build, not even a year old, and because of their carelessness, my kitchen island is now damaged and broken.

To make things worse, the office staff — especially Christina, who also goes by Chris — has terrible communication and absolutely no understanding of property damage or responsibility. Instead of trying to help, they blamed the material of my island, claiming they are “not responsible” for the damage their technicians caused.

It has been months, my dishwasher is still not fixed, I still cannot use it, and they refuse to take accountability for anything.

Please stay away from this company. They do not care about your home, your time, or providing proper service. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Larry from Gulf Coast Appliance Center was sent to repair my washing machine due to many issues. He was very informative, personable and repaired the machine very quickly. He told me what the issues were and then instructed me as to the proper way to use the machine. Gulf Coast Appliance Center employs technicians provide great service even when your machine is under warranty !!!! Thank you Larry!!
