Tito is now my Go-To Guy if I need appliance service or repairs again. My stacked laundry washer was filling and draining at the same time, wasting water without washing. Team Tito spent over an hour testing all components for the probable cause. Ultimately, the circuit board was the problem, unable to complete the cycle. Tito could have easily replaced the questionable part and billed me $500 or more for parts and labor. I would not have known any better and certainly would not welcome that expense during the holidays. But with exemplary customer service, he took time to test, retest, and ultimately reset the cycle, so the washer is now fully functional again. All along the way, with total transparency, he explained the problem, managing my expectations with best-case and worst-case scenarios. As it turned out, the best-case scenario won, and so did I. With all the time, care, and courtesy he extended in the call, the entire job was covered by the very reasonable service call charge. If you need appliance repair service, Tito is the man to call. Thanks again!!

Had Tito's service our refrigerator that was leaking and I highly recommend them for servicing appliances. They provided us immediate service , called us in advance of arrival and knew exactly what the problem was.

I purchased my beautiful washer and dryer set 7 years ago and it runs great like brand new! I never needed a repair of any kind not the slightest and IF I ever come across a minor problem I know they will accommodate their time to repair. My washer broke & I priced everything in the Naples area. I went to Titos. Wonderful family. I bought a Brand new washer & dryer for $800! And free delivery & they took old ones away. Tito ( the son ) repairs all appliances. That is why I bought them there.

Benny was prompt, professional and knowledgeable! He assessed our refrigerator and told me despite almost five years old that we just made it with the warranty. I called Whirlpool and they said we still would have to pay $479 to repair. After much discussion with customer service and finally a supervisor they agreed to fix with the warranty. Tito’s saved us a lot of $. I’ll go to them in the future for any appliance issues!

Give Tito a call! Very affordable appliances and best appliance repair price in town. They also deliver right to your home. Everything they sell has 90 day warranty. The advantage with a company like this is that if a repair is too much compared to a used product they will let you know. Save money and call Tito’s! May God bless this amazing family!

We recently purchased a refrigerator from Tito's. Great experience. Absolutely top drawer service. We will use them 100 percent going forward.

Tito and Bernie were absolutely incredible. They returned our call and scheduled an assessment visit immediately. They are very knowledgeable and with their creativity they helped us fix the problem we had with our dryer. They’re very respectful and professional, and definitely recommend them. They kept us informed of the flow of the situation, and Bernie took a video to show us the fix.

We have been using Tito’s for so long, we have seen his nephew grow up, get married and now train his younger brother in the repair department! This is a local, family owned and ran business. The best thing about Tito and Bernie is their transparency and honesty. We have purchased a few appliances from them and also had other appliances serviced by them. They stand behind what they sell, with a 90 day warranty and if you’re over that, they are very easy to work with to make things right! I speak from experience! If I could give more stars , I would!! We recommend them any chance we get!

Been using them for years since we moved to Naples. They are excellent. Very dependable, honest and timely. I can't say enough about them. Any issue I've ever had they have taken care of it. Great to work with.

Had to repair a fridge and stove top and knew what I was going to have to deal with. 100.00 service call and then repairs equaling about half of what I paid for the appliances new. Ugh!!
Surprise these guys are different. They came out and diagnosed the correct issues and THEN advised what would be the best and least expensive way for me to repair. They were completely correct and I was able to complete the repairs for less money. These guys are my hero's. The rest of any of these home repair (rip-off) companies don't exist for me anymore. It's Tito's or no one. Integrity does exist here in Naples!!

I highly recommend Tito Appliances and Repair. We have been using their service for years and we have always been extremely satisfied with the service we receive. Tito is not only knowledgeable at what he does but also provides excellent customer service. Our latest need was to replace our dishwasher. Surely Tito had the PERFECT dishwasher for us, great price and quality(quietest dishwasher I ever had) , and fast delivery.
