Ermal is a courteous professional who got the job done. My dryer wasn't heating, and he managed to get it taken apart, swap out the broken parts, and put back together again in a fraction of the time it would have taken me to figure it out and get the right parts ordered. Highly recommend.

My dryer was making an awful noise, I called appliance repair of swfl and Eric came by as scheduled on time, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately it was my motor and it's time to replace. He was honest and did not try to sell me a new motor which would have cost more than a new dryer. I certainly appreciate that honesty. He was on time, and put the dryer back together and cleaned up any debris. 100% recommend.

We have worked with Appliance Repair SWFL on a couple different issues. First was a refrigerator ice maker, then we had problems with our oven.
Ermal is the ultimate professional in every way. On the initial calls he diagnosed the problems, reported on any replacement parts needed (including the cost of the part, the exact delivery date for the part and the labor cost for the installation). The total costs never deviated from what he quoted.
He is prompt, skilled, responsive, friendly, and was always great at communicating with us.
When we told him to proceed with the job, the cost of the initial diagnostic service call were applied to the repair cost.

Our refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday. They were responsive, called me back on a Sunday night. They diagnosed it quickly and got the fan motor working temporarily allowing us to continue to use the refrigerator on a Monday, ordered parts and had the repair done that week on a Thursday morning. The repair costs were very reasonable. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely call them again and share with my neighbors and family!
