Absolutely THE BEST appliance company! After hurricane Ian hit, I thought my dryer was a complete loss, I forgot who I spoke too on the phone but they sent Ermal out who was extremely knowledgeable and very patient ( I have 2 small boys under 5 who wanted too help Ermal) but he was very kind and had my dryer back up and running in no time! Would definitely recommend this company and technician!

Let me tell you, this company is the best appliance repair service in Naples. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They came out and diagnosed the problem the same day that I called them and had it fixed by the next day. Samsung refrigerators are notoriously difficult to get fixed but they did it no problem. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend to everyone!

We had Ermel arrive on time to fix our washer. He was courteous and knowledgeable. We will certainly be using them again. A job well done! Thank you.

He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and fixed the fan in under 30 minutes! I too called based on the previous testimonials and they were correct! Give this company a call, family owned, with integrity and fairness a cornerstone of their profession. Can’t say enough nice things about them. Thanks Ermal!
