During the holidays, I had 12 family members at our home. I called All About Appliances and they came when they said they would. The serviceman was helpful, informative, and took care of not only the dryer, but gave us advise for the washer and the microwave. I wish I had known about them earlier. I will definitely use them for all appliance repair.

Lukas Ramik, the owner, was very prompt, professional and did a terrific job fixing my washing machine door. My washer is an older model but he was able to fix it for me. I would certainly call him again for any appliance repair work.

WOW! What a great experience from start to finish. Bill Smith Appliances highly recommended. I called about 4 pm and they were out the next morning AS PROMISED! Parts were ordered and they called on a Sunday saying they would be back on Monday morning and they were there AS PROMISED! How refreshing and wonderful to have service delivered in a very professional and timely way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I've used them on 2 separate occasions and while they did not recommend a repair either time due to mfg issues (broken parts no longer available that I verified in both cases) the tech and office were both extremely knowledgeable and gave us more time and information than most would for the small fee of a service call. I will use them in the future and you should too...

A call to see if they could fix our GE refrigerator resulted in a repair the same day by a nice young man! Diagnosed almost immediately and reported as a common problem with our model, Keneau had the part and promptly replaced it and we were all set. Thank you!

Lukas is as honest, professional and proficient as they come. He promptly returns telephone calls and shows up when he is scheduled to show up. I highly recommend him for any needed appliance repair. If it is not worth fixing...he will let you know. It is not within his character to take advantage of anyone, performing unnecessary, or temporary, repairs.

A friend ,whom has used All About Appliances services in the past, gave me their number when I needed my oven repaired. So glad he did! I have spoken with Lucas, to schedule my appointment, Keanu , who came to check the problem, and Lucas’s wife, Jane , who followed up with me. Each and everyone of them were most professional, honest and so very kind. Their estimate was even better than I had expected, and they were able to receive parts and return in just a matter of a few days.
I had decided, due to the age of my appliance, to replace it. However, these are the people, the Company, that I will definitely call on in the future for any further appliance repairs! I call All About Appliances on 2/1/2024 and they came the next day. I needed a fan replaced and was told they didn’t have the part. They would have to order it and it would take at least 3 days before they got it. I had a renter in the unit and could not wait 3 days or longer to have it fixed. I went to Lowe’s that day and ordered a refrigerator and got it the next day. I was charged $108.00 for the visit. I also had to reimburse the renter for the food she lost.

This is our third time using All About Appliances and Lukas Ramirez is one of the best service people we've ever hired. He's responsive; knowledgeable; timely and couldn't be nicer. I highly recommend him!
