Ryan from Mike’s Plumbing of SWFL was excellent. He is professional, friendly and very nice. We had our hot water heater replaced. Ryan listened to our situation, made recommendations and we arrived at the right replacement. His work was efficient and throughout he was very nice, providing updates and timeframes for when he’d finish up. Ryan also fixed a couple plumbing issues which was so helpful! We highly recommend Mike’s Plumbing and thank Ryan for his terrific work!

I could not be more happy for the work that Matt from Mikes Plumbing did for me. He was on time, explained the water purification system that he installed and was very professional. I give him the highest marks!

Within 30 minutes of our online request for service on replacing an aging water heater, we received a phone call and were scheduled for a next day appointment. Our Technician Denis along with his colleague Tyler were pleasant and professional. They both thoroughly explained the water heater replacement procedure and our maintenance questions.

Had a water leak. Water bill was high. Called Mikes plumbing came out yesterday and scheduled a tech out today at 7:30 amvery polite very knowledgeable took care of my problem. He was an awesome worker. Will now use Mike's Plumbing here in Naples from now on. The price was exactly what he said it would be. No hidden fees nothing added on. Definitely a 5 Star + company

Hurricane Ian caused the water system to crash and burn. Crystal Clear water (will not ever use again) set this bizarre system up and the PVC busted we had no way to get tap water from main line. I reached out to Mikes Plumbing via text through their website at 1 am on Sat. Received all the automated replies for an appointment on Monday. Lori the office manager called me Monday morning. The tech, Trent showed up as scheduled. He was super nice, knowledgeable and fixed our problem. Reasonable fees. I highly recommend Mikes Plumbing of SWFL.

We had a water emergency - I clipped our upside faucet with my lawnmower and broke it. What a mess! We called Mike’s Plumbing that afternoon, and Geno came first thing the next morning. He is so knowledgeable about his craft, and had our water up and running in no time. Very reasonable price, especially since he had to travel an hour to get to our house. It was so nice to have a good experience in the midst of having a bad one, and because of their service, workmanship, and value, the next time we need a plumber, we’ll be calling Mike’s. Highly recommend this company!

Matt from Mike's plumbing was super professional and very pleasant in addition to his clear knowledge of what he does. He and his assistant Jimmy were here for a 2-3 hours and they carefully removed my existing under-mount sink and replaced it with a new one in addition to installing a new faucet. They cleaned up after themselves and made the whole process very stress-less. I called lots of plumbers and granite companies to find someone that would do both the plumbing and the sink replacement and Mike's was the only one willing to do it. Pricing isn't the cheapest but it is very fair and considering they really know what they are doing I felt satisfied with the value of what I got. If I had hired a plumber and had him come out to unhook the existing plumbing then wait for the granite guy to come replace the sink and then wait again for the plumber to return to re-hook up the disposal, faucet and plumbing I know I would have paid much more and the job would have taken a lot longer to be done. They made it possible to be done in a few hours. Also I was able to get a $25 coupon on the yelp app for checking in!

Ciaran did a great job. 2nd time we used Mike’s will use going forward with plumbing jobs.

Upon meeting Brett your plumbing technician that was sent out to take care of my licking water issue at my house My initial thought was here it is Sunday morning he could be elsewhere but he's out here helping me in a time of need He's very knowledgeable in the job that he performs for you folks, .. He's very methodical explained everything to me what he was doing what needed to be done etc and he got the job done and very short period of time I thought it would be more involved which it was and he got me temporarily up and running on Sunday and he came and finished the job on Monday morning after the job was complete and talking with him in generalities He's very sincere he cares about his work and more importantly cares about the customer satisfaction and getting the job done and customer being happy So I suggest whatever you got to do to keep him do it cuz he's a valuable asset to your company in my opinion.

Great customer service and Tyler is an outstanding representative of the company. The company sent a text with a photo of whom to expect and Tyler called when he was on the way. He went above and beyond with a plethora of toilet repairs and pipe checks following a water leak that tripled our regular water bill. The estimate exactly matched the final bill, with no hidden fees. Tyler was very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left. On a side note - he was very sweet and personable with my 90 year old mother. I would highly recommend Mike's Plumbing here in Naples. We will only use them for any future issues.

I needed to replace a toilet. Not knowing a plumber I just did an internet search and selected Mike's Plumbing. Tyler arrived at about 9:30 the next morning after my call. Tyler talked me through the issue and the solutions including selecting a new toilet from his replacement options. A new toilet was delivered to the condo and the installation complete before noon, the same morning! Fast, efficient, service! Tyler did an excellent job and is a great representative of Mike's Plumbing.

Susan attended my call and set me up and kept me updated through the process. Brett came out during the scheduled time and was awesome. He was so patient and answered all of my questions honestly.
