Had a really annoying plumbing issue the night before Thanksgiving. I have 3 kids + hosting the entire family the following day… the wife was stressing and I was getting ready to dig a hole in the backyard and thinking how I’m going to tell the grandmas that they’ll have to use it. I was not expecting service in any reasonable amount of time given the holiday and it wasn’t something I could fix myself.

Luckily it didn’t come to that. Called plumbing nerds around 9pm and they had a tech out here first thing in the morning ON THANKSGIVING and he fixed everything before anyone even arrived. Disaster averted and when grandma asked what the hole in the ground was for, I just said oh the kids were playing around with the shovel.

Tristan was the technician - super cool guy and knew exactly what he was doing.

I had repiping of my house, water heater replaced, toilet replaced. Financing was offered.Drywall repair coordination with their connection available. Very professional, great communication, team work for efficiency and itemized options for full choice.

Andrew is awesome. Very professional and polite. Answered all of my questions and initiated appropriate follow up action. I would welcome him again as the best technician - Nerd.

Cyle came to my home for a plumbing inspection, he was very helpful and professional. He repaired a leaking hose bib and made some suggestions regarding my water heater and a home water filtration system. He did a great job of selling the filtration system, but I do not want it although my wife found it interesting. We have much going on and it doesn’t fit in the picture, with or without financing.

Our first interaction had to do with a bathroom sink. That’s how we learned about the Plumbing Nerds member pass. I took advantage of signing up for a year. It covered checking of my ac unit plus my electrical unit.
Anthony came out to our home to perform the electrical inspection. He tightened up loose wires in the electric box. Did a complete inside inspection. He let us know what could use some attention. He was polite, kind and patient dealing with my husband. I would welcome him back again.

Of ANY repair/replace I've had in Any State, This Was the BEST Customer Service I've ever had. I highly recommend!! My urgent necessity for hand held shower units ADDED to my shower heads, was completed and did Outstanding work- even with the glitches of oxidized on screw head piping along the way, which took several extra hours to remove Instead of break, saving me extra costs. I am 100% pleased! And we finally HAVE real hot water, after replacing water heater so thick of sediments that barely warmed the water- an "as was" upon home purchase.. All good to go now. Thanks Nerds !!!

Electric Nerd, Nathanial, came to change 4 outside sconces at my home. Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable about the work. It’s an interesting business model and it insures you get a very good electrician who is part of a great team. I use their Plumbing Nerds, also! They are customer-oriented and you should keep them in mind for your Electrical, Plumbing and Cooling needs.

Daniel had shown up on time and was able to solve our plumbing issue with the kitchen sink. It took a bit more time than expected but he was able to clear it. It wasn't your usual clock he stuck with it until it was done great job

Called after a guest had issues with backed up toilet/shower. They were on scene in less than an hour. From the office to the technician Sebastian, they were extremely thorough, upfront, & honest with the whole process and left everything clean after the job. Will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues. Dealt with many local plumbing companies but they are hands down the best!!!!

Cyle came out and replaced our toilet, changed the shut off valve and put in a new flange. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He even picked up after himself and it was like he was never there. I really like this company. Have used them twice now and I am impressed.

Sean was very professional and quick. We were able to get an appointment within a day to fix our garbage disposal. The company lets you know when the technician is arriving and gives various ways to contact them if you can’t be there. Our first experience with Plumbing Nerds was great we will use them again.

No one is ever really ready for an emergency and when the toilet in our only bathroom started leaking we didn't know who to call. We have not needed a plumber since our move to Florida in 2018. We contacted Nerds Plumbing and they were quick to come to our aid. What we thought was a leaky toilet that may need a replacement gasket turned in to a major repair. We were disheartened to discover the pipes under our home had collapsed and needed replacement which as anyone could imagine is quite an expensive ordeal and it needed to be taken care of sooner than later.

Nerds came to our rescue. They were EXCELLENT with COMMUNICATION and kept us apprised throughout the process. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate about our situation. Brian even helped us with our finance needs and we were able to get 0% financing for 12 months to help pay for the repair. Our toilet backup happened on a Wednesday and once diagnosed we were told it should be completed by Monday-Tuesday of following week (due to weekend). Having only one bathroom that created a huge inconvenience, but with the massive job of digging that was needed under our house and replacing piping we understood and made arrangements to stay elsewhere while work was being done. Nerds Plumbing under promised and OVER DELIVERED. They had the job completed by Friday afternoon which had us back in our home before the weekend.
We were thrilled that they took our situation (1 bathroom) into consideration and did everything possible (getting two crews to work on our issue) to get the job done before the weekend. We are extremely grateful for the professionalism that was displayed through this entire process.

We discovered a leak in our shower. Although we had used another company for several years, we no longer were pleased with their work. Going to the internet, we wanted someone local who had good reviews. We settled on Plumbing and Electrical Nerds. George Santiago was sent out within an hour. George was very friendly and understood our issue. He shut off the water, discovered corroded pipes and clearly explained some options with us. We chose to move ahead and George said he could complete it within the day. He did! George stayed until it was finished and we were satisfied. He also explained the possibility of a yearly service agreement. We were so satisfied that we requested George work on another project for us. Friendly, hard working, knowledgeable - George is an asset for your company.

Inexperienced plumbers with big charges and no results except more damage to your home and no customer service skills.
Unfortunately, your reply back to me is untrue Chris as I did not speak to you on the phone and your response was inaccurate. Jeff told me if you came out you would charge me even though the leak is in the same spot that was repaired. This is a concrete wall that the pipe is inside and the pipe has been leaking again ever since you left but was not noticed until it got so wet from a small drip which then started showing through a wall 6 feet away in another room. There was no compassion or even interest in taking responsibility for your employees inefficiency. Jeff was just worried about the money. I had them on the way to look at it and Jeff stopped it because he wanted the money. Jeff said it would not be covered under warranty even if it was leaking in the same spot and would not send the employee unless I agreed to pay. There was no interest in resolving the problem. Just interest in the money. Somehow you got in the middle with not even talking to me but writing what you thought happened. Again, BAD customer service.

Nerds came out April 9 2024, to repair a leaking pipe behind a vanity in a bathroom. We had moved the vanity and sink for access before the repair person came. They repaired one spot in the pipe and charged us $812.94 for the repair. We thought this was outrageous as he was there less than one hour. Pipe never was repaired. Last week we saw water damage in the bedroom next to the bathroom and the pipe still has had a very very small leak in the same spot they repaired. The sill plate is wet in both directions and they will not warranty their work as they say it has been too long even though it is leaking from the very spot they supposedly repaired. They are overpriced, not efficient at plumbing repair, and have no ethics. It's all about money to Jeff not customer service. When I called to set up an appt they said the technician would decide if they would cover under warranty since it was leaking in the same spot. Jeff the manager or owner said no before he even got to the job today. Terrible customer service. Beware they are not a reliable plumber very inexperienced service with no results except huge charges .
Beware get an estimate before you use them. We learned the hard way. We have another plumber scheduled we will give you the name on this post after we see his work.

Today we had Randy Savage tackle a tough job of removing and replacing our obsolete electric panel. He was punctual, very professional and methodical throughout the process. His calm demeanor was indicative of his comfort with the task at hand. He thoroughly went through the new system with me and answered all questions He is a great addition to the organization.

Very Reliable; always there when scheduled. Keeps customer up to date if running late. Prompt response to emergencies. Technicians always professional and respectful of property. Enjoyable to work with. Provided a great price when I purchased new 3 unit system. PM program outstanding. Great office staff. Always a pleasure to work with!!! I highly recommend them for all your A/C needs!
