I was a long time customer (7+ years) of another "Pro.." HVAC contractor, all installs, repairs, and biannual maintenance service agreements went to them.
When my AC went out Wednesday night right before Thanksgiving, I expected I'd have a few nights without AC... but what unfolded was ridiculous!! That other "Pro" company only had 1 technician working the Friday after Thanksgiving. He arrived and diagnosed my issue to a blown board (TRANE). He did not have this board, he did not have this board in the warehouse, and he did not have access to other tech's van inventory to source the part... the best he could tell me was "Someone will call you on Monday". This was Friday morning!!

I write an email over the weekend following up on the Friday service, and just making sure they will put me on the schedule first thing Monday, or at the very least - FOLLOW UP WITH ME.

Monday rolls around...Obviously I receive no phone call and no email response.

I call the "Pro.." office around 9:45am asking about my status?? Is a tech coming?? ETA???? I am met with a very rude response that "She is still getting through the weekend paperwork and someone will call me back".

I said "OK".

2:30pm - No call back. I call them back, explain that I have been without AC since Wednesday. Is another Tech coming back out??

Again, I am met with an incredibly rude response that the part has to be ordered from TRANE. I ask for an ETA. "We can't give an ETA". I said can you tell me anything?? Is there anything you can do?? Again, no AC since Wed, it is now Monday afternoon.

"NO, someone will call you back"

I hung up the phone and knew I was no longer a customer of these "Pro's".

I contacted PURE AIR and the experience was Night and Day different. Christina listened to my situation, took my information and said she would check with the warranty department and call me back. She ACTUALLY called me right back and said someone could be there tomorrow with the part and make the repair!!
I was so impressed I even signed up for the biannual maintenance agreement.

Fabian arrived right when they said he would. He made the repair and then spent some time discussing my unit with me. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable.

It is now Tuesday evening, my house is icy cold thanks to PURE AIR.
I STILL have not received a call back or email from the "Pro's". Almost a week without air conditioning in South Florida, even in November is inhumane.
As far as they know my unit is still down, and obviously they couldn't care less. So much for being a loyal customer.

We cannot say enough about this company!! Over the summer, during the hottest days... we went 12 days without air!! We had a contract with a company that sent their techs out 3 different times to diagnose the problem. They were unable to fix the problem, so we called Pure Air. The tech came out, immediately knew exactly what the problem was, and repaired it that day!! Not only were the technicians professional, but they also called back days later to follow up!! Amazing customer service!

I can’t say enough good things about this company’s honesty and integrity. They repaired a line set for my on my condo and saved my brand new ac unit both inside and outside units. Matt and Aj were the best. They kept me informed and were clean and courteous. I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs. I will be a long term client for sure.

Responded to our needs in a quick fashion. Pricing was excellent, and service from start to finish was top notch! The day of installation, went very smoothly. Matt was very patient in explaining how to set up the new smart thermostat and downloading the app to my phone. I would highly recommend Pure Air to anyone who wants fair pricing and great service!!

Every one we encountered from the company was great. Michael Elkins who gave us the estimate was thorough and very helpful in figuring out exactly the type of system we needed. Bryan and Jude , our installers were very good. They were on time , very friendly and did a great job putting everything in. They also found some things that needed attention once they took our old system apart. Overall this is a great company and I would recommend them highly.

Our experience working with Pure Air has been terrific. The technicians are punctual, professional and personable. Pricing is also reasonable. They take the time to answer any questions you may have and helped me install an app on my phone that enables me to monitor the system at my Mother's home from my location. Very pleased with the service we received.

So grateful to have found a company like Pure Air for all my AC service needs!!! Mike Margrey and Barbara have been taking care of me since Day 1! I moved into a home 2.5 years ago and after an on-going, persistent drain line issue, Mike sent a whole team out to replace and reroute the drain line for no charge. Field Supervisor, Matt Walsh arrived with a team of his best guys, Jobanny G., Maikel A., and Darriel. In about two hours, they dismantled the old line and ran a brand new line down the outside of the house instead of how it had previously been routed all through the attic, causing chronic clogs in the line. Since this replacement, I haven't had another issue with the drain line! Hallelujah!!! The team was polite, courteous, and fast! Every technician whose ever come here on a service call has been knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! Thanks Pure Air for keeping my home cool all year long! Lifelong customer here! :D

I want to know why I was charged 535 for one part which was a transformer. Honestly the worker did a good job(false the worker screwed with thermostat and now house not cool and we leave it at 75 degrees just for it to randomly go to 83 degrees in our house )still couldn't understand that amount . I spoke to others that are in the ac business and was informed that it shouldn't of been that much that it totally scam.

Giovanni did an outstanding job. He did maintenance to my AC. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions promptly and properly.

Service was great the repair person showed up in a timely manner and was very responsive to our problem. He was very diligent and explained the problem and what was required to solve it.

Came to Condo seemed very nice and thorough was very impressed. Said my outside unit was not repairable that it would not start every time I started. They said it would blow a fuse. Said I would need a new air conditioner for $7800. I got prices on other companies air conditioning units. 1 showed up to install unit. Noticed there was a wire off on the outside unit hook the wire back up. It began to run went inside, changed the fuse and the unit worked properly. I don’t know if they just miss this by accident or whether it was on purpose, but I’m very disappointed.

Undoubtedly, 1 Hour AC & heating company provided exceptional service. On Monday morning, I encountered a malfunctioning AC unit and promptly contacted my service provider. However, they were unable to reach me until eight hours later. After exhausting my options with several other AC companies in Naples, which failed to offer timely and urgent assistance, I decided to seek help from 1 Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. They promptly arrived at my residence at 10 AM and successfully repaired the AC unit within 20 minutes, restoring cooling functionality. Pedro’s exceptional service and the efficiency of 1 Hour Air Conditioning and Heating have undoubtedly elevated the standards of the industry.

Our tech was polite and kept me loop in on each thing that he was doing. Along with, but not limited to, membership program and services they provided. He gave his recommendations on what we should do moving forward. The membership we signed up for covered the cost of two regular maintenance visits (along with discounts on other services)

I had an amazing experience with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating of Naples! The property management company I rent through told me it would take 3–4 days to fix my AC, which was completely unacceptable in this heat. I called One Hour Air and spoke with Angel, who was incredibly helpful and professional. Within less than three hours, a technician arrived, and my AC was fixed in about 30 minutes! The service was fast, efficient, and absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of quick and reliable service.

John Perkins was efficient and explained everything to me very well. He diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly and in about an hour.
I even signed up for the maintenance plan with this company. I would not hesitate to recommend John.

Antoine was great!!He was very accurate and polite and did an amazing job.

I contacted a different air-conditioning company that was recommended by a friend. They came out and said I needed a new $9,000 unit and they could install it in the morning. I wanted a second opinion. I called One Hour and they came out within a short time. It ended up being a float switch and a clogged drain. Very grateful for their honesty and integrity. Now I will always use them. Fernando was the tech and he was great.

John is very good qitj customers been doing with him since I got the new ac from one hour air . He makes things right when their wrong and fixes others mistakes when thy acure. John pekins is amazing all the way around.
