Santonio, came by today to perform my semi-annual service. He was very friendly and professional, gave me a couple tips regarding my thermostat and a couple other recommendations. I highly recommend Reliable Ducts and an extra thank you to Santonio.

Santonio was the technician who serviced my heating/cooling system. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Santonio made certain I understood what he was servicing.
He did an awesome job.

We had several problems with our AC Unit over course of a couple of years. It was determined that our unit was probably unrepairable. They finally came to the rescue and replace our whole unit. Had a maintenance checkup from Santonio today. He did a great job explaining what he was checking for and what he was finding. I’m smarter about my system than I was before his visit thanks to the time he took providing explanations along the way.

Great customer service, I was looking to get seasonal maintenance done. Kyle came out and did a full detailed cleaning of our system, educated us on some things that could help to extend the life of our unit. He took great care of our home by picking up after himself and being mindful of my dog. He called when he was on his way and was very knowledgeable of the type of unit we have. Its hard to find Outstanding Customer service, But this company Reliable Ducts is doing things right !

After installation, we found out the heat wasn’t working. Called and scheduled reliable ducts service call and they came out at no charge since it was within a year of install. Trace was kind, knowledgeable, and quick to fix the issue. A simple wire disconnect missed during installation was the only issue.

Dustin W. is very knowledgable about the HVAC - both heating & cooling as well as about the compressor and the thermostats. He is extremely detail oriented and try to identify all problems. His technical know-how is above & beyond expectation. His diagnostic skills are awesome.

Matt De Graaf was our technician yesterday and he was incredibly professional and helpful to figure out why our A/C unit wasn’t working to its best ability. I am so grateful for his expertise! Always happy with the technicians that come out from Reliable Ducts.

Trace was very knowledgeable and personable during his service call. Provided me with essential advice and educated me on the ins-and-outs of A/C management for a first-time homebuyer. I really appreciated his professionalism and the detail-oriented approach he took servicing my unit. Will be sticking with these guys!

Trace is absolutely 100% the best in the business! He has a true passion for heating and air, and an equally strong commitment to customer satisfaction. I am completely illiterate when it comes to HVAC, and he didn't hesitate to break everything down for me. He explained the functionality of out indoor unit, outdoor unit, and thermostat in a way that was simple, clear, and easy to understand.
I genuinely appreciate his patience, knowledge, and professionalism - highly recommend!

I was highly concerned about my AC unit not working for about a week, especially with a very cold weekend coming up here in Jacksonville. Trace came out and did a phenomenal job. He was patient, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to fully diagnose the system, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. His professionalism and customer service went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend him enough. Truly excellent work.

Had Trace Reynolds’s for technician today. He was awesome. He explained the science behind everything with the UV light and helped reinstall the component lower on the HVAC system as it was not ideally placed originally and was also becoming detached from the unit. Trace was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all questions and was helpful in sharing about surge protection and and sent me additional information in upgrading the unit. Very pleased!

Our Technician, Skylar Rogan, was exceptional. He identified other problems that we were not aware of. He was so polite and courteous. Ocean State HVAC is #1.

Chandler was very knowledgeable and efficient. Explained potential issues that may arise in ways that were easy to understand.

Our technician, Chandler, did a great job repairing our AC problem this morning. I do hope he gets a good Christmas bonus.
