We have used Ocean State for nearly 10 years. Their customer service and professionalism are the best! Today Billy and Shane came by to troubleshoot a performance issue with our air conditioner. We concluded the degradation of performance (displayed on our ecobee thermostate) was a result of the unusually high precipitation from the previous week. They checked out all the a/c components and found that they were operating at peak performance. Thanks for a job well done, guys!

Chandler was very professional and explained everything he had done today. Would like for him to return again to do my service in 6 months.

Outstanding customer service. Our system shut down in the evening. We called in and got the machine. Stated our problem. Billy, their service guy called back within minutes. He told me what to try as he was overwhelmed with service calls. He was very polite and his advice was perfect. I did as he suggested and it worked. This company and employees are awesome.

Jeffery was very courteous, professional and took the time to educate me. He explained to me…a few steps I can take to maintain, improve and extend the life of my Unit. When you choose Ocean State AC & Heating…you are SUPPORTING A LOCAL BUSINESS. A successful local business…for 50+ years is impressive.
I highly recommend Ocean State, they are extremely reliable and thorough. I also recommend the preventative maintenance program they offer. It’s so reasonably priced. $199 a year (the current price) provides…two yearly maintenance visits, a thorough cleaning, inspection & peace of mind.

Sky was our maintenance man. Drain from HVAC exiting house was completely plugged. He explained the problem and fixed the problem in a short period of time. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will request him again.

Alex was at my condo today. He was very polite and respectful. He answered all of my questions and give advise when needed. Hopefully he will return to our condo in the future.

Chandler was great. He was here within the hour of me calling late on a Friday afternoon, was efficient in diagnosing the issue and correcting it and was friendly and knowledgeable.

Chandler came out today to trouble shoot the system due to no heating. Very friendly and super fast diagnosis of the problem. Would certainly recommend Ocean State and Chandler for any future repairs!

Alex did a great job doing our yearly check up! He was very kind and check the system very well! Appreciate it just in time for the summer!

Rob & Barry did an exceellent job of fine tuning our brand new HVAC Unit and helping me install the Mobile App on my cell phone. Very professional and can't thank them enough.

Shane was awesome. Diagnosed the issue, and gave us a thorough explanation of the problem. He had to address an issue which another AC company caused and refused to take responsibility for. I would highly recommend this company.

We had our twice yearly maintenance service performed by Chandler. He was very professional, and a pleasure to meet . Chandler did a thorough cleaning and checkup on the HVAC system . Overall a great company to work with !

Ocean State installed a brand new AC unit in March ...and when I turned on the heat for the first time last week, I had some problems so I called them and the very next day they came out and Found the problem which was a factory coil problem. They got my heat working again That day andThey came back the following week to install the new coils And do a routine maintenance check on the whole unit. All free. Every technician that I dealt with including The department manager was on time and very pleasant

Jeff Bogle was on time. He was professional and very courteous. He is very knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC. He completed our inspection and solved a couple problems in a short time. We will call Ocean State Air anytime we have a problem.

A/C unit quit completely, I called Ocean State this morning and technician arrived at 3:00pm.
Shane identified the problem within minutes, checked on part availability and will be back tomorrow to install a new fan motor. You simply cannot find or expect better service than this.

Ocean State is phenomenal! Their tech Alex was great! Super friendly and able to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs AC service in the area.
