Peter Neubacher performed our semi-annual A/C maintenance. He was able to arrive at our home ahead of schedule. He was very professional & pleasant to talk to.

Had Conditioned Air put in a new AC. Service tech came out for maintenance, did his work then advised me that the new compressor isn't functioning so he turned off the unit and advised Another tech would come out to repair it.

Another tech was sent out later that day and said that the unit is fine and the tech who did the maintenance was not properly trained and was recently hired by Conditioned Air. I now question if the maintenance tech actually did the potentially needed maintenance if he doesn't understand that there is a delay from when the AC is turned on and when it actually starts operating.

That said, today the new AC isn't working. And Conditioned Air wants me to pay for the "maintenance" call before they will send a tech to repair the new AC that is under warranty.

This was routine maintenance on our system. George was an excellent technician, spending time to thoroughly evaluate and clean the system. He was respectful, polite, and honest. I would request him again.

I’ve always used Conditioned Air. They are organized, and always prompt. The prices are reasonable for maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with their skilled servicemen.

I have been using Conditioned Air for over 9 years and was always satisfied with their service. Today’s maintenance visit of technician Jacob Mielke wasn’t a difference. He went above and beyond, checked everything, cleaned thoroughly and explained every step of what was done. Great job.

Jake did an excellent job locating the problem with my HVAC and educating us. He was professional and cleaned up after himself. Did not leave until we were comfortable ! Thank you

They set my HVAC blower motor to HIGH and caused a massive mold problem in my home. Multiple HVAC companies, two licensed mold assessors, a remediation company, and an inspector all confirmed their mistake as the cause. Now I’m stuck with over $10,000 in remediation costs. No manager will return my calls, and I can’t even get their insurance certificate despite repeated requests. Terrible service, zero accountability. Avoid at all costs.

If I were reviewing Conditioned Air it would be a 1 star. I was very disappointed that I was charged $199 to look at an issue that was previously a warranty issue on a new home. The unit was sinking and was not level. I had been a Conditioned Air customer for 3 different homes over 10 years. I will no longer use your services.

Technician was very professional and prompt. Knows what he’s doing and was proficient. Company kept me informed of schedule and arrival. I only use Conditioned Air for our service now.

The technician arrived on time and called ahead to notify of his arrival time. His name was Jael. He was very professional, knowledgeable and communicated throughout the process. He diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved it efficiently. Jael was very enthusiastic about his job and truly a pleasure to work with. This employee is a valued asset to Conditioned Air. Kudos for the job he performed.

HVAC technician Ryan Pearce from Conditioned Air Company was great! He called me 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment and showed up exactly on time for my biannual maintenance visit.
