John and Gabe came to replace an old Federated electrical box. I was given a window of time to expect the work to be completed and they were spot on . They moved a desk that was in the way, cleaned up and both gentleman were very professional and personable. Working with Venice Electric has been great, including talking with Brittany to schedule .FPL and inspectors showed up exactly when needed. I will definitely use them again as I change out some outdated fixtures and fans in the home.

I have used Venice Electric for many years. John and Spencer are my go to guys for any electrical problem. They never give up, have fixed a fan the company could not fix and trouble shot many outdoor problems. They are timely and persistent.

We have had Jonathan Sudbury from Venice Electric complete several electrical projects in our home. He is fast, efficient and does quality work. What impressed me also, was the care he takes in covering any furniture, flooring etc as to not get any debris on it and the work area is left spotless and clean when he leaves. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects and highly recommend them to others.

Conditioned Air is VERY fortunate to have an employee in Emiliyan. He installed a new AC unit in my home and was very professional, knowledgeable, and took great pride in his work. He took the time to speak with a technician who does regular system maintenance on my AC and he patiently explained how my new thermostat works. An overall great experience.

Technician was on time and highly qualified. Diagnosed problem and reviewed our options. He departed in less than hour. A/C is working great and we fully satisfied.

A/C was down on Sunday. I called Conditioned Air and had a service called scheduled for that afternoon. The outer unit was not turning on. Jake did a thourough inspection of the unit and determined the problem. It was fixed immediately. He stood by to verify it would not shut down abnormally and also to makes sure the house was cooling. Very polite.

Jason was our installation tech for a whole house dehumidifier. He came on time. worked neatly and walked us through the steps we needed to know with patience. However, I am only giving Conditioned Air 4 stars because the electrician never showed up and we had to reschedule that part of the installation.

Always positive experiences. We use Conditioned Air as our annual maintenance provider. Each tech seems qualified and has performed our service checks on time, shared suggestions, answered questions and been very thorough.

Jacob was fastidious in making sure that our HVAC works properly. He spent an hour inspecting and testing every component, thoroughly cleaning the drain line, validating all settings, and even cleaning the compressor's cooling fins outdoor. Amazing care and concern. His predecessor, Keith, was equally good 6 months ago. This company seems to really ensure that its team shows a totally professional and considerate attitude and execution of their work. I am so happy we have a full service contract with this company.
