Service was excellent. Problems solved, suggestions made for updating existing electrical system to avoid future problems. (40+year old house) No hard sale. Will and would recommend to anyone needing electrical service. Fairly priced for work correctly conducted. Expert Electrician

The 2 Best Electric gentlement were on-time, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and clean. They installed a 220V outlet for my Tesla charger and knew exactly how to do it. I'd recommend Best Electric to anyone. And Ruth, who took my call and helped set up the appointment was very helpful. Thanks.

Over, above and beyond their quality service, professionalism and expertise. They called me back after hours, reviewed the situation immediately and provided a solution with options to even save money for our HOA association. Friendly, prompt, responsive and we would highly recommend Best Electric. Thank you Ruth & Carl !!

We stopped in their shop and made an appointment for the following week and they never showed up in the morning as scheduled . Called and ask when we could expect them and was told they would be here when later in the day. We called again later in the day and was told they would need to us call back. Never received a call back, so we called them again the following morning. Was told their next appt was 2 weeks out and we should find someone else. The lady was very rude and unprofessional.

Left message on machine before they opened this morning. Called shortly after opening, gave estimated time for electrician to arrive John was here quickly and solved problem efficiently. Very professional all the way around. Would use again for any electrical issue.
