Our service technician Ethan arrived today and was ready to get to work on our yearly maintenance inspection. Ethan was here for approximately about an hour and was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend CONDITIONED AIR.

Great job by Emiliyan. Professional and efficient. This man started this morning on his own and never took a break. Originally we were under the impression that we were going to have two techs on the job. Emiliyan came solo and was done in about 6 hours replacing the outside and inside units. Had an appointment window between 10am and 12 noon. By 1pm no had shown up, so I called the office. The woman that I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. She told me a technician had called at 1030am to reschedule my appointment. I received no call and neither did my wife. Apparently the technician who wasted my morning, lied to his boss about informing us of the need to reschedule. I then got the appointment rescheduled for the same day with a 3pm-5pm window. The technician, George, called me at 215pm, said he was leaving Siesta Key and would be at our residence around 315pm. George showed up when he said would and did a great job servicing our unit. But, as you can see from the timeline, my whole day was shot. I waited from 10am to 315pm before a technician showed up. I feel I should receive some compensation for this. And the technician that lied to his superior about informing us of the delay, should be fired. He can't be trusted.

Your company is always dependable and comes quickly. Jacob was our serviceman and couldn’t have been any more knowledgeable, thorough, or amazing to deal with. Absolutely 5 stars and would highly recommend to anyone!

Friendly efficient servicing of my air conditioning system. Detailed in his approach Cameron took the time to cover all bases, and made sure we understood what he did. Great outfit anyone looking for this kind of help couldn’t do better anywhere else

Humberto explained the details of the service he was providing under our maintenance agreement. He informed us of the status of each maintenance task to help us understand the overall condition of our HVAC and provided recommendations for keeping our HVAC unit functioning at peak performance. We're very pleased with the quality of service that was provided by Humberto.

Had a coolant leak in my outside condenser. Technician Ryan came out and spent nearly 2 hours repairing the leak and getting things up and running smoothly. My air conditioning blows much colder than it did before after his handiwork. Ryan is a really great guy who I've known for years. I'm always glad when they send him my way. Thanks, Conditioned Air!

Outstanding all around. Customer Service rep who set up the appointment, the texts/emails to keep us apprised of the visit, the 15/30 min advance call from Alton to let us know he was on his way, his professionalism, knowledge, efficiency, explanation, asking if we had any additional questions/concerns….we would like to request Alton for every visit if possible. What an asset to Conditioned Air !!

Nathan explained in detail everything that needed to be completed along with pricing options. We needed to replace the AC unit as it was over its expected life span which we knew prior to closing on this house. He arranged for us to have 2 of their plumbers come in to check our water heater since this was 20years old. We are happy with our contract to cover all of our servicing needs

Keith, our service technician, was excellent. He thoroughly checked our equipment, provided tips for operating our HVAC and was very knowledgeable. Having Conditioned Air coming to our house every 6 months is a great way to make sure our house is cool and warm when needed.

Ryan was timely, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our thermostat was not working and he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Spent the extra time then to go through the cycles on the furnace to make sure they all worked. As a nice touch before he entered the house he put the indoor booties over his boots so that he was not walking in our home with his exterior boots. Very much appreciated!

My technician was Ethan. He was attentive to details. Appeared to do a thorough job in a timely manner. He took his time to explain what he was doing as he went along. All in all a pleasant young man with an effort to make his company proud

UPDATE: The company reached out to us and sent Cameron, who is a great technician, He explained things thoroughly and included what we now refer to as the "Cameron Method" to simplify the installation. Very pleased with the quick response to our difficulty.
We spent an enormous amount of money on a new system, and included a service agreement. The Lennox system is wonderful, but we were struggling to replace the filter for the first time. When I called to ask if someone could stop by for help, I was told, repeatedly, that it would cost $169 for a "diagnostic fee." We REALLY miss Honest Air, which was bought out by this company.

Ethan was excellent and very polite. From the moment he arrived he gave a detailed explanation and proceeded to do the same as he changed positions in his work. He answered all my questions. He seemed to be very efficient and knowledgeable l.

Jacob did a fantastic job! He Answered all of our questions, got everything working perfectly, and helped us understand how we wouldn’t make this happen again! I will call on him every time I need anything done or for my maintenance!

Alton was very thorough and knowledgeable. Responsible for the six month maintenance of my two systems. He explained his work and the system’s health at the end of the maintenance. The units were in good health. He didn’t try to upsell any parts which is especially appreciated

Alton has provided all of the work here under my maintenance agreement for the last several years. His work is always done perfectly.. He is masterful at identifying and resolving problems & teaching me about proper utilization of the unit, as well as advice to promote its longevity. He is always professional, respectful, kind, and pleasant while working. He is a star and an asset to Conditioned Air! Thank you!
