I would not recommend to anyone. First they overcharge. They do real shoddy work. They must be paying off inspector to get there jobs passed.

Very professional, did my roof in record times with quality. The staff are amazing, very friendly.

Really poor customer service. Was on the phone attempting to set up a time for a roof quote and they cancelled my appointment and hung up on me without much discussion.

They replaced my roof in Sunrise. Extremely professional, great service, great quality arrived on time and process was smooth.

After signing the contract I left the room to get my ID and the salesman, OR HEN, asks my wife for hugs,.completely un professional. All was good up until then. I called the next dayto let upper management know why I will be canceling the contract and they try to give me an excuse as to why. THERE IS NO EXCUSE. WE ARE NOT ON A PERSONAL LEVEL THIS IS BUSINESS.

Good people, hard working, will make sure you’re satisfied and they do great work. Fast responses, great communication and superb service. I’ve referred them to a few friends and all have had positive experiences. Highly recommend!

The Nessco Group Company its very Professional, can't complain about respect they are amazing people starting with Diego , Omri, Amber and Dan they all did their job, they just need to focus a little more on the other people who needs a little more of a push to have an amazing group..

Just had my bathroom flat roof replaced by Matan. Would recommend them to any of my friends they have done a very good job. Found them on Google very pleased with my decision.

Horrible experience with this company. Thru speed up late and failed to call. I'm still waiting for them to provide me with my permits. The workers barely speaks English. My door was not done right. It initially looked like it was done by a toddler until they came back out to correct it. A lot of mistakes and some attitudes by employees. Glad it's over.

This company has gone above and beyond to make this experience amazing. My consultant Omri was phenomenal in every way. Omri called during each process of my roofing and installationof my gutters. Omri stayed in contact.with me even after the work was completed. I appreciate everything and is quite satisfied with the results.

I am not a fan of writing negative reviews for any company, but especially for small business's; but I feel like I have to for this circumstance. We set an appointment for "Dan" to meet our realtor at a place we just bought in SOBE, we currently reside in Minnesota so weren't able to make it. Dan from H.K. confirmed the appointment last Friday for 1PM Tues (08/20). Not only did Dan not show up to the appointment, but he hasn't responded to any of my messages. Our realtor (who is a professional and made it to the appointment at 12:50 PM) sat in the parking lot for nearly 30 minutes waiting for Dan to show up. It's extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior for any business. I do not recommend using H.K. based off this experience alone, and will look to another contracting company for the work that needs to be done.

Rep visited and said he would email the prices we discussed. Still waiting. It's been almost a week. I texted the rep after two days and never received a response. It seems as if you don't sign on the dotted line the day you meet they forget about you. If I ever hear from them I will amend this critique.

So....after reading this review someone from Nessco contacted me and explained that the rep had a personal situation and the follow up was never made. She offered to come out since they had no info. I declined offer as another firm had already made a better offer.

The HK Contractor team replaced our windows and front door and we are pleased with their work. Very professional team and good quality job. Now we are much more comfortable with the upcoming hurricane . Thank you
