Deivis did a wonderful job installing landscape lighting in my backyard. He trenched and laid wire for all the lights and strategically placed them to highlight various trees. He also rerouted gutters that were pooling water in my lanai, down to the lake. Inside my home, he changed some light fixtures and was careful to clean along the way. He’s a true professional and takes a lot of pride in his work. I highly recommend him for any of your electrical and Ac work, as well as many other repairs.

I had an excellent general contractor experience with Gemeldi Carmody of Smart Innovations. My texts/calls and questions were answered quickly, I got expect advice, and projects were completed without delay. I highly recommend this contractor. Plans were coordinated and well thought-out. The work teams were skilled.

Gemeldi did excellent work for me on short notice, and it was top-notch quality. I needed a few electrical outlets added before moving in, as well as some shower rods installed. The work was challenging but her team worked quickly and she kept me up-to-date throughout the process, as I was out of town. She is very professional, easy to communicate with, and offers her ideas but is not pushy. I got to meet her recently as we were talking through some additional work – she takes good notes and is very thorough in sending her estimates. I would highly recommend her for your light construction needs – she is reliable and will let you know honestly what she is able to do. I look forward to working with her more in the future.

The construction company shows potential, but there are several points that need improvement. With better organization, clearer communication, and more attention to deadlines and finishing details, the overall quality of the service could improve significantly. Addressing these areas would make a big difference in customer satisfaction and project results.

Before and after is night and day. A team of two re-grouted and re-caulked my tiled shower in 1.5 hours. Couldn’t have come out better, and reasonably priced. The people are very nice and responsive too.
