Nessco performed a new roof on my property, i will definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for reliable company with high job morals. from the begining of the procced until the end i was very confident about thier work and promises.

I did the multiple contractor interviews, HK was the last one.So nice (and rare) to get next day follow up and communication with a company down here. Four separate reps from HK came to my house over the week and spent hours with me explaining how my roofing and impact windows and door needs would be taken care of. I asked a lot of questions...they had the answers I needed. They made me feel my job was the most important thing to them. No BS, just the facts in a professional and straight forward way.

I had the best experience with this construction company. Everyone who I spoke to was nice and understanding of my needs. I really had no clue what was going on, but they guided me and helped clarify what I was to expect. I would recommend it to my friends and family any day of the week.

Nessco is a very organized company. They have right and experienced people on board. Clients are frequently updated of the project’s progress. They hired capable subcontractors to do specific jobs. I would highly rehire or recommend this company.

Shocking but true… there IS an honest contractor in Palm Beach County! Sean is honest, reliable and always responds quickly - I can’t sing his praises enough! Yep- he’s a unicorn in this crazy state-he will restore your faith in humanity!

I felt like my search would go on forever until I found HK Contractor/Nessco Group. They have been completely professional, transparent, and communicative since the very beginning. I am really impressed with their work and coordination among their team of professionals. My project is still on going but so far they have exceeded my expectations and I know I will be satisfied with the final outcome. I will use them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.

Our initial contact with Neesco was quite pleasant. The project manager was responsive and full of information...the other person that we were turned on to was equally as pleasant.
On the day that the project was to begin, a crew of persons showed up and began to work...with everything being done in less than a full day. At present, the roof is at the stage where it is only awaiting being shingled, and we were told that the roof can be exposed like this for a prolonged period as it is considered secure in this state. However, two days after they left, a number of leaks appeared throughout the house.
My husband contacted the company and the lead guy came, looked at the leaks in the house, went on the roof for 5 minutes and left. During his visit he advised me that the leaks are between the plywood...in my ignorance, I couldn't wrap my head around this statement. My husband called again as the leaks worsened with more rain and was told that it is normal to have leaks with only the underlayment on the roof. We have had input from others and were told the exact opposite.
A few days ago, the permit papers were removed with no contact with neither me or my husband. No contact has been initiated by Neesco representatives and we've waited for some action to be undertaken to address the issue of sub-par work which has been done. I have included two pictures showing the leaks as they began to form.

I would like to extend a personal 'thank you' to the Nessco Construction staff for their professionalism, exceptional customer service, and quality of work during our recent roof installation/replacement.

I researched a contractor to redo the roof of my parents’ house in Miami and after a lengthy search I decided on HK Contractor Consulting. Dan had excellent communication with me (I live on the West Coast but was coordinating the project with my parents) and also took the time to make sure my parents also understood the process. His crew was on time, polite and professional, and the roof looks great. Highly recommended.

We hired NESSCO to replace our roof on Dec 6 20222. The price was $15,000 after 6 months of calling them and asking them why our project has not been start it ..... after many excuses they finally finished the roof at the middle of August 2023 with an extra charge of $9,000 witch has to be pay in order for us to get the NOC and released of lain. They made the mistake with the size of or roof and they never tell us anything until they nock down the roof. They do not care about customer service !!!
Avoid extra headaches and DO NO HIRE THEM!!!!!!

The agents were great, especially Cody. They were understanding of our circumstances and willing to accommodate as best they could. We felt like valued customers and that our concerns were taken seriously. Plus the new roof looks great! Finished just in time for Hurricane Ian.

Dan and the guys at Nessco did an amazing job with our impact windows. Our home has 4 single pane, static glass pieces that are way oversized. Every quote we received could only manufacture the windows in two pieces each. Nessco was able to find for us the right manufacturer and quality level, at the right price AND was also able to manufacture the large window sections in single panes which is just incredible. I cannot say enough good things - Thanks Dan!

Learned about the PACE program through Sean. To say that he has been an AMAZING help throughout the entire process, start to finish, is an understatement.

The impact windows and doors look fantastic and have helped with my household energy consumption reduction overall. Not to mention the value they have added to my home.

A truly professional company. Family-oriented and caring individuals. Dan was very caring and helpful during the whole process and even gave great suggestions to our project; he is detailed oriented in many ways. I'm honored to have met and worked with Nessco Group. Each contractor arrived prompt and finished projects on time. Everyone as has been friendly and well very communicative throughout the whole process, and I look forward to working again with this company.

I don't leave reviews but this time i just had to. i have been shopping around for some time now looking for a reliable company to install new windows and doors for my house. knowing that it's an expensive project that i have saved for some time now, and also giving the fact that installing it incorrectly can cause so many issue - i had to do my research. i have been going back and forward for so long between top names companies, and asking a million questions. whatever i did, i kept on coming back to Nessco Construction. at last, i decided to go with them and boy am i glad i did! from beginning (and even before - because they were more than helpful to be there anytime i needed them before i even became their client) to end, they were nothing but awesome, knowledgeable, and friendly. the windows look and operate perfectly and survived like total champs over the heavy rain. i can't wait for the next project now that i know i have someone to trust with my most valuable investment - my own home. thank you thank you!

I’m very happy i chose Nessco Construction. As a single woman previous companies I had consulted. Tried to take advantage and Nessco did all the opposite. My old roof was gutted out and my new one installed in less than a week. The workers were very meticulous with their work. Shortly after my windows and doors were installed. Needles to say I was satisfied all across the board with their work as they came in helped me move furniture, covered and protected all my belongings, Made sure the measurements were precise , picked up all my old doors and windows along with garbage and disposed of it. On the first night my home was freezing because my A/C was working amazing. My overall opinion and advise is this people got their game on point!! Always a step ahead and when inspection time came I was really impressed because I didn’t even have to deal with inspectors. Thank you Nessco you guys killed it and my home looks just how I wanted!
