I sent 2 area rugs to be cleaned. The company came out to my home to give me the estimates and as soon as I agreed they took my rugs to clean .

When we received our rugs back they looked brand new just like when I ordered them. We have 2 dogs and it not easy having them stay off of the rug.

I am very happy with the cleaning and will use them on an annual bases.

Our 100 year-old Persian carpet that has traveled to five countries over its lifetime was in need of serious care and restoration. Stephanie and Aharon cared for this special family heirloom as if it was their own and guided us with expert advice on how to best bring it back to life. They patched a hole, removed stains and a fringe that was not original. We are so pleased with how it turned out and highly recommend this business.

I have a Kazak carpet that was starting to unravel at the tassels. I took it in to have it repaired. I ended up paying about $1,200 (after negotiating a discount) to have the carpet cleaned and reinforced so it wouldn’t keep unraveling. I don’t know the name of the stitch work they did to reinforce the carpet, but it never looked good and it came undone immediately. After the first repair failed, they agreed to redo it. But the second repair also started to fail within a few days. That’s when things got ugly. Stephanie and her husband got very hostile and accused me of “playing games.” They said the repair failed because of the way I was vacuuming. I said a carpet that cannot be vacuumed has not been repaired. Up until that point, our interactions had been good. They’re a nice family, so I’ve really hesitated for a long time to write them a bad review. But the truth is, they didn’t fix my carpet and they kept my money. I got ripped off, and I don’t want anyone else to have the same experience. Find another carpet repair shop.

Aharon and the team did a wonderful job with our antique oriental rug. From the first visit to assess the rug (and teach me about it) they were professional and thorough. Communication was excellent throughout the process and delivery was quick and efficient. They were patient and accommodating to make sure the rug and the rug pad where placed exactly where and how we wanted it. Highly recommend!

Antique Rug Cleaning does a fantastic job! They have an excellent understanding of rugs, carpets, their composite fibers, and the treatment they require. They cleaned my two eight by ten imported wool rugs. The rugs were brighter and their design sharper than I had seen them in years. They really know their business!

Do not use this service. They are rude, over priced and not ethical. This company took advantage of my 90 year old father. Told him worthless rugs ( that had tags showing they were not Asian) were valuable and worth the price of an overpriced cleaning. Then he sold him rug pads that he did not need. When I complained about the overpriced services the owner told me he did not put a gun to my father’s head and when I said I would register a complaint with the better business bureau, he threatened to find me and get me - then hung up. Not the way to do business.

The super-high ratings this company has received are well-deserved. Aaron and Stephanie provide a very professional service with very good communications skills and a personalized approach. I really felt like my carpets were important to them. Stephanie oversaw the work and did the repairs to my two Bokhari and one Iranian carpets. The came back in much better condition, brighter and softer than they had been in years. They are deserving of your patronage.

Extremely pleased with the results. They picked up our dirty, dingy rug and returned it in a bright, fresh condition I wasn’t expecting. (We had another company clean the rug last year and it came back looking worse! Not sure how that’s possible and yet…) I am very, very happy with the results and would definitely recommend !

I’ve had rugs cleaned, repaired, and refurbished. This place is great. They know their business and they do it well. The prices are fair. They’re very responsible, reliable, and knowledgeable about fine foreign carpets. I would highly recommend.

Aharon and his team did an incredible job bringing my beautiful oriental rugs back to life! He takes great pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable in his field which makes doing business with them a pleasure. He returned them and I sent him back with another from the mid- 1800s that was sitting rolled up in my attic. Can’t wait to see what they do to restore that gem!

The work was outstanding. We had Persian rugs long overdue for cleaning and fluffing up. These rugs had traveled and now look like new. We highly recommend this company. They don’t take any short cuts or compromise the colors or texture. In addition, Eduardo returned the carpets, which are quite heavy, and placed the rugs by himself. No small job considering moving the furniture and placing them in slightly different spots than before. A lot of back-breaking work that he managed perfectly. He was a vital part of the entire cleaning experience. All told, rug cleaning doesn’t happen until you need it. Antique Rug Cleaning is an excellent way to go.
