Terrible service, quoted for deep clean to be done in 3-4 hours. After they spent 5 hours i found minimum 10 issues and they claimed they need one or two more days to make it work.
So like 500 bucks !! Total rip off and unethical.

Its 1 bedroom apartment. Nothing special.

NOVA VIP Cleaning cleaning did an amazing job! They were very prompt in arriving within the window they said they would. We got a deep clean of our apartment and they worked wonders in just a few hours! We were so happy with how it turned out. I recommend them to anyone looking for a deep clean!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! Absolutely horrible terrible worst experience ever! We paid for a deep clean for 300$. We were told 2 women would come for 3-4 hours. One woman showed up… we told the man in charge that we were told 2 people and he had the lady go home and sent 2 women. He told me they would be coming very soon… over an hour later and many phone calls to him that he did not answer the phone finally they arrived. They were there less than 2 hours… not what we paid for and did a beyond poor job. NOT A DEEP CLEAN WHATSOEVER. The whole time the lady kept telling me that they need to go pick up the other woman’s kid and next time it would be a better and more thorough cleaning saying that they didn’t have the time to do what needed to be done - MEANWHILE I PAID FOR A DEEP CLEAN FOR EVERYTHING TO BE DONE! This was a complete joke as you can see from the pictures. I tried calling the boss multiple times and he never once answered my call and told me to speak to the cleaning lady and not him…. I’m excuse me it’s your employee and your company. I refuse to pay for this service and have disputed the charge and took pictures of the whole house to show my credit card company. This was the worst experience ever. I have had plenty of cleaning lady’s in my life and this was HORRIBLE! I desperately needed this cleaning and am utterly disappointed. BEWARE TO ANYONE EVEN THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY. (I have never ever left a bad review before but I wish my husband had read the reviews before booking this complete and utter waste of money). We even offered some money because the cleaning people did come and work and we felt bad (especially because they have kids).

Mike was very attentive on the phone and was able to help me with a short time in advance. He asked me several important questions. He explained to me the types of service and gave me a good price. I sent you pictures of the place. The apartment was super clean and transformed in Miami Beach. A very good smell. I recommend it to anyone.

Baseboards, fans, and doors were not cleaned. I paid extra for laundry service, all the clean laundry were left untouched. Nothing folded. A lot of surfaces still dusty, like the storage tray in the bathroom. The ladies were very nice but the deep cleaning service I paid for plus the extra for laundry, was simply not worth the money. The notes that were added when I booked the appointment were completely missed.

I did research and found them online and I would love to use them again. Thanks so much!

I honestly wish I could put less than one star this was by far the worst service that I’ve ever had! I lack having availability often so it was imperative that I get a deep cleaning today. After researching through so many companies I came upon this one that offered same day services. I wanted to get it handled early so that I could finish everything else I had to do for the day. I reached out to them around 9 am and booked the deep cleaning for noon it wasn’t until well after noon that I received the next correspondence stating that someone would be by around 2. At this moment I had to push my entire day back just to accommodate the 2 pm timing. Now 2 pm passes by and I get nothing but crickets I reach out again to see what was going on because it was going on 2:30 /3 pm I was then told the person that would be coming that her vacuum broke and she’s headed to buy a new one and they would follow up with an update… fast forward 5 pm get here when she comes through the gate I told them to give me s call so that I could open it for them and have step by step instructions on where my building and apartment were located. So after she left the gate it took almost another 15/20 mins so long that my fiancé and I had to go down to find her. She had nothing but a bucket and a small dirt devil no towels no trash bags no cleaning supplies. Once she got to my apartment she told me she would not clean my home today because she was told that it would be a normal cleaning plus a nice tip. (Even for a normal cleaning I would expect her to have cleaning supplies and etc,) after reaching out to the contact that dispatched her he stated that she was just surprised because it was a huge mess( if my home were clean it wouldn’t have needed a deep cleaning I have small children ) not only was I disheartened that I had to cancel everything I had to get done for the day but for the company to not even acknowledge the absolute waste of my time and I had to ask for a refund multiple times before it was sent. 0/10 I DO NOT Recommend!!!

Mirelle & Eric did an amazing job cleaning my house. There was fine white powder everywhere after having our windows replaced. They did an excellent job cleaning everything from top to bottom. Would highly recommend!

They are super awesome , and fast at what they do!! I called Nova cleans and they sent out a cleaner that went above and beyond to make sure my home was clean from top to bottom. Nova VIP Cleaning Services lived up to its name! We received the most VIP cleaning service possible. This was our first time using their services, and they exceeded our expectations by a mile.

I found them on Google, and based on their good reviews, I decided to reach out. Mike got in contact with me and made the time to learn about my exact needs and set a price that works for me. He also accepted a very detailed list of tasks that I required to be done and accepted pictures for reference.

As a first-time customer, I made sure to be very specific in what I needed to be cleaned, and Mike and his team were patient throughout the whole process. I had to reschedule 2-3x, and they were able to accommodate our schedule. Their communication is also impeccable. We received an email confirmation the day we were booked with details of our appointment. When the team arrived at our property, they sent a video of the place before cleaning, and once we confirmed receipt of the video, they got to cleaning. A few hours later, I received pictures of the place for me to review. The communication was so great -- I was able to provide real-time feedback and they accommodated every request. It was amazing!

The place looks great, and I'm looking forward to using Nova VIP Cleaning Service again!

I paid for deep cleaning, cleaning of windows and cleaning of grill. There were two people that came to clean at 9 am but said had to be in another home by 2. The expectation of the “deep” cleaning did not occur when a basic clean was not done. Dust was left on cabinets, and easily removable dirt from the floor stayed as well. Before leaving a review, I texted the company to show them photos of all of the things that were not cleaned and give them an opportunity to correct but they never answered.

We are so happy to found this Company Nova VIP cleaning in Miramar. they did a great job get our place ready for move in and we would definitely use them for recurring service in the future.

I had Karla come to my house to clean. She absolutely did a fabulous service and had great customer service. I have a two story townhouse and had a deep cleaning service and I am truly impressed and amazed with how well the house looks. The customer service was excellent also as the response time was immediate when I was first booking with the company. There is nothing negative for me to say about this company!!!! Very poor unprofessional job, didn't make any beds left the house very dusty. Spilled a whole mop bucket of water at the top of the steps pouring on to the walls, 20 pairs of shoes and left it soaking wet. The woman in charge did absolutely nothing. Never will use them again

I paid for a deep clean expecting my house to be spotless. However, my house looks like it who did it was rushed and did not pay attention to detail like cleaning behind toilets, folding clothes neatly & properly to avoid wrinkles, did not dust baseboards, did not move furniture (which is what their deep clean entails) and somehow left my floor dirtier than before the clean. I had to wipe everyone’s feet from how black they were. I know how to clean but unfortunately do not have the time it takes to clean. This “deep clean” took her only 3 hours. That’s how long it would take me to do a regular clean for my standards. They offered to come and clean what wasn’t cleaned but I don’t trust them to get the job done correctly. It was my first time using them and if that’s how she cleaned on a first impression, can’t even imagine on a continuous basis. Oh, the price is not for the service they provide. If I can give 0 stars I would.

Terrible service. They charged my credit card more than the bill I received by email. The cleaning was done very badly, they left dust and did not clean properly. When I wrote to them that I was upset, instead of solving the problem in a customer-friendly way, they behaved very unprofessionally and even started threatening me, saying they will put a lien on my house. Awful experience, very unprofessional people.
