We enrolled in bi-weekly cleanings because living close to the coast means there is a lot of dust and sand. The best choice imaginable! The staff consistently maintains our condo's cleanliness, flooring, and bathrooms. They are amiable and consistently on time..

I can’t thank Nova VIP Cleaning enough, the building was doing construction and left my unit in pretty bad shape, but the workers at Nova VIP handled the challenge like champions. They brought the whole unit back to life and did it so professionally, although they were a little hesitant at first, I’m glad they did not give up on me. Anyone who needs a cleaning no matter how daunting or embarrassing it may seem, Nova VIP is the company to go with. A special shoutout to Aura Sanchez, you did an impeccable job!

I requested move out cleaning and the cleaning lady did a great job! I was little worried as she came alone. It took 4 hours and half but the place was sparkling and had great fresh sent!
Price was reasonable. I really recommend them.

The house looked spotless and smelled fresh when they were done. They even took the time to organize a few cluttered areas without me asking, which I really appreciated. Their communication before and after the service was excellent, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of work they provided.

We requested a deep clean for our 2b apt (~1000sq ft). She was very nice, but this was not a deep clean. I recognize she may have needed more time, but she never communicated that. We would have been happy to schedule another day at an hourly rate vs. set rate. Dust all around, there was still splatter on the stove and tile around it (not inside, speaking of the outside). Baseboards were not done at all - which, again, I understand if she needed more time, but at least the main areas could've been wiped. I was under the assumption that it was all outside surfaces. She clearly didn't move anything to wipe and just did portions of it (see the nightstand..). I didn't stay during her cleaning and maybe I should have to better understand what was being done for a "deep clean".

Again - she was super nice and the scheduling was great - very quick and great response time.

Karla was incredible! I scheduled the company for a deep clean and she cleaned beyond expectation. She explained to me every process she did and make sure no detail was left undone. I will be using the service on a recurring basis now thanks to the great job she did!

I had a great experience so far ,the cleaning was done fairly quick which was great while still offering very satisfactory cleanliness .Overall very happy with the service that I decided to opt for a bi-weekly service.

The cleaner did not dust the furniture and all other surfaces and it was supposed to be included in the standard cleaning. Also, did not clean the outside of the kitchen cabinets and appliances which was also supposed to be included in the standard cleaning. He seemed rushed and I had to ask a couple of times to dust the surfaces yet still did a mediocre job. Will not use again and do not recommend.

It's so hard to find good cleaners and Mike has never disappointed me. He's always flexible and has gotten me out of a pinch on more than one occasion! Highly recommend 👌🏽

They did a terrible job cleaning the house, I had to micromanage her every move and still the house was not clean when she left. I contacted the manager and his response was pretty much oh well which is completely unprofessional.. I would NEVER use this company again and I urge no one to waste your money using them.

Absolutely terrible cleaning experience. The cleaner did a horrible job — the couch wasn’t tidied, there was visible dust all over the fans, and the bed wasn’t even made when she finished. I had to ask her to make it, and even then it looked awful. The duvet and cover weren’t attached, and she put the flat sheet on top like it was her first time making a bed. For the price and expectation of a professional clean, this was completely unacceptable. Would not recommend at all.

It's not worth it. I paid for a deep cleaning of a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house, and I explained in great detail the size and my expectations for a deep cleaning, and the cleaning was average/above average, far from my standards for a deep cleaning. In addition, the manager provided me with by far the worst customer service I've ever had. Never again.

Reached out to Nova VIP Cleaning for a move out cleaning. I expressed to Mike that I wanted thorough move out cleaning refrigerator and stove cleaned inside and out. The apartment was empty so I didn't think it would be an issue. I gave the cleaner access to the apartment and then left her to work without me hovering. When I came back she was gone and neither the refrigerator nor stove were cleaned and mycard was chargedfor the full service. Totally unacceptable for a $250 job. I reached out to Mike twice and got no response. Don't waste your money on Nova VIP Cleaning

Nef did an incredible job, his attention to detail and the time and effort he took to clean my home was top tier. They got me in next day and the cleaning fee is extremely reasonable. Great people and great company we look forward to our next cleaning!

Shirley cleaned my mom house did a phenomenal job very detailed and thorough. Price very reasonable and it was well worth every bit of it.
