Great work diagnosing the issue with the refrigerator. On time, and great communication. However, they wanted to charge me over $750 to replace a $80 evaporator fan. Completely detached from reality. I purchased the fan online and replaced it. To charge what in reality is the cost of a new refrigerator for and $80 part is criminal.

Technician called prior to arriving. Was punctual, courteous and very professional. He was able to fix the washer and ensure it was working properly prior to leaving. He is a great asset to any company he works with.

He arrived early in the day which is best for me. I was on my UTC prayer call as the host, but he understood immediately that I couldn't really respond as he entered my home. I lead him to the inside AC unit and directed him to the outside unit without the use of words. I am grateful 🙏🏽 to have been able to complete my call uninterrupted. The work was done within 2 hours and I could enjoy my day in a kool 😎 environment! Thank you also for the respect shown to me and my home 🏡 It's the simple things like taking time to WIPE off your shoes 👞 or removing them prior to entering my home. Communication is vital! The gentleman that came today to fix our washer that was cycling out of control was very professional. He showed us the broken parts he had to change and was very dedicated to doing his work. Friendly and no nonsense. I believe his name was Johnny. We are SO GLAD that AHS (American Home Shield) has partnered with SEARS. We have been so happy with their scheduling, timeliness, and repairmen.

The technician was very nice. So was the parts department. Sears home warranty has gone completely AI and has fired all humans working in the scheduling department. I had a horrible experience with the chat bot scheduling my refrigerator repair and then changing it in the middle of the night without informing me. I had my entire fridge pulled out and emptied into coolers for 4 days before I could get someone out to my house. Thank goodness for actual human beings that made this happen for me.

I am impressed with the response with the Company American Home Shield to service my home appliance. I called to and filed a claim to repair my refrigerator, the technician was at my house the following day on time and he fixed my appliance on the very same day and he provided excellent customer service; he was very professionally and knowledgeable and explained everything that was wrong with it and the work repairs he was doing. I love this company and recommend everyone to sign on. I’m amazed and very pleased. Thank you.
