I wish I could give them a zero star. They installed a compressor that came with a 6 month warranty. The compressor broke within a month and they ignored all of our calls and texts to come out and repair it. I sent a text letting them know I was going to dispute the charge if I did not hear from them and they still ignored me. I will be reporting them to the BBB, FL Secretary of State for their fraudulent business practices.

I can't state how much this company helped me out so much. After three other air conditioning companies with four technicians, two of the technicians came out from one of the three air conditioning companies. None of them can figure out what was wrong. The company that sent the two technicians knew that the air conditioner handler was in the attic. So on the second day, they sent this big guy that was two hundred and fifty pounds. He says, after forty five minutes, I can't get into the attic.I'm too big, really? Why would you send such a big man? Knowing that your job is going to be in the attic. Sears now sent a 4th company Apex-Tech Electrical & Air. Mr Stephane,owner, at the time I didn't know he was the owner. When Sears Home Warranty Cinch Home Services reassigned my air conditioning issue to NOW a fourth company. As I opened the door to greet them in, there was three men, Mr Stephane, Isaiah and Patrick. It felt like I had the three wise men who had visited jesus. At that moment in time, I realized this time they will find the problem, this company is going to fix the issue. I felt blessed to have three men working on the job. After approximately two hours, they had found a fuse that had blown. Replaced it. Mr Stephane did not know why it had blown. But at least the air conditioner began working. After I explained that there was a fourth company, an electrical company that came out, due to the 3rd air conditioning company thought it was a breaker issue. So Sears sent out an electrical company. I showed them which breaker was replaced. When, suddenly we realized it was hot. Why was it hot? I'm thinking it was replaced. This is a brand new breaker. Why would it be hot. Why did I have to pay another $100 deductible? That's when Mr Stephane and crew realized after Isaiah went back into the attic. It was the Blow motor that was bad. Which meant why did he have to replace a good breaker. Next day, apex came out to the motor blower.So that they can get the part. Today, October 30th, they came back with the new blow motor and it is working.Yes!!!
Took a total of 3 days, even though they did it in three days, I believe it was done in a timely manner.And professionally done.
They worked hard and they got the job done.Highly recommended.

Needed a cleaning because my mother kept getting sick with lung related issues. I suspected it was due to the vents. Hired Mac for a sanitation of the whole system. Months later, my mother has yet to have another lung issue. So I am very pleased with that. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to a lack of pictures to verify everything was cleaned. And being told one price in the beginning, and another much higher price once was at location to do the job. But still was competitive to others. And with the pictures I was provided and my mother being well this long, I feel the job was done correctly. Thanks, Mac.
