Anyone who lives in The 305 knows that an air conditioning emergency is serious business. I woke up this morning to a hot condo and as I efforted at finding someone to come help panic started to set in. I called several companies and either got an answering service or the run around. Ultimately I found JLopez Service Corp. Jorge responded to my call and text within moments and within an hour his technicians were in my condo doing their sweet thing. It took about an hour for them to diagnose the problem, fix it and leave me in cool, clean comfort. An early morning emergency call on a Saturday was effectuated with precision and, perhaps even more amazingly, for a most reasonable price. I can neither thank nor praise JLopez Service Corp. enough so let me just say that if you need them then in my experience you can count on them to be professional, punctual, and precise... all for a fair price tag. I recently used jlopez service for maintenance on my 2 units plus I needed to replace one of my HVAC. They are very proffesional and on time and prompt. Miquel was my main tech he is the best. Very knowledgable and very thorough. I would highly recommend them.

I've had a new AC unit installed with them, vent cleaning, and thermostat replacement...i can honestly say I've not met one person I didn't care for with this company...Miguel, Corry, Vladimr, Kenny, Yasel...they are all EXCELLENT ! Really know what they're doing, EXTREMELY clean (not like most companies that come in and make a mess of your house), and the friendliest and nicest contractors I have ever come across !
