This AC company has extremely good customer service and one of the best technicians. His name is Miguel. Great guy. Great personality Really smart guy very well spoken. I was having problems with my package unit and my two-story house has been going on for about 6 to 7 months Once the j Lopez team came to my house the tech found the problem right away They were very nice And very helpful giving me pricing on new unit. It’s been about three months and my house has never been at cool as it is now.

We recently had JLopez come to do AC duct work, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was extremely professional, thorough, and meticulous in their work. The quality of their work was excellent—they took the time to show us pictures and clearly explain what they were doing and why. They also went above and beyond to keep everything clean by covering the floors with paper and wearing protective shoe covers to prevent any dirt from coming into the house. Most importantly, they did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was completed. I was blown away by the service we received from Miguel Torres. I’ve had the privilege of owning houses for the past 30 years and we’ve had significant service to our air-conditioning units. I have never seen a more thorough, technical, sincere job than what I saw from Miguel. He really knows what he’s doing. From placing their own mat at the front door, to wearing covers on their shoes, to having technical tools, I was blown away. It was technical and masterful. Congratulations, J. Lopez service Corp. You have an incredible asset in Miguel, and a great company.

Mixed review - ultimately, our two A/C handlers were successfully replaced as well as new thermostats (which were super difficult due to building wiring) for a reasonable price. Three stars is for poor customer service and permit process - little communication about the issues with the thermostats, stayed after building approved working hours, challenge communicating with on site staff who spoke little English. They Didn't secure permits up front so my deposit was delayed (although I am appreciative they started asap there was no urgency to complete the permit process). Inspector said a filter required - they refuse to install one as they "have gone above and beyond and it cost them more". Most ridiculous : I was scolded via text one day for not starting my text with "good morning".
