Proline has continually been wonderful to work with. They are a savior when it comes to rentals as they have hot water units and surface cleaners available for whatever size job you need an extra hand for.

As they work on building trailers they listen and work through how each idea can be executed correctly and efficiently.

They work daily to make sure everyone's equipment is running right and explain in a style that fits each customers needs. During service time they called to make sure the change order was ok before jumping the gun. They don't give you the fluffy answer so you buy more or spend unnecessary money. They are straight forward, honest and hard working individuals working hard to help your business get back up and running asap.

They are the pressure-washing family I never knew I needed. I feel safe there and they are extremely patient and honest. Because of them, I was able to start my pressure washing journey a lot smoother than other people.

Residential user - Chase and the team at Proline are amazing! I was looking for a quality gas pressure washer to use at home, and called to see what they offered. Chase spent 10-15 minutes explaining how the commercial machines they offer differ from similar spec units from a big box retailer. I learned a lot from that brief conversation. I appreciated his genuine interest in helping me find the right machine for me, even if I wasn't a commercial customer. He saved me from making the mistake of buying a machine only focusing on the PSI, when GPM is more important for cleaning concrete efficiently, which is my main application. Angel provided great service. Not only did he find the products I needed, but I had a problem with the downstream injector of my rig and he stayed with it for more than an hour until he made sure it was fixed! Amazing service. Highly recommend!
