Found Johns Pool Service on the web, called and John came the same day with a quote and then completed the repairs needed. He is local, professional, on-time, clean and the work completed was fairly priced! I highly recommend John's Pool Service!

Found John's pool service number on our pool equipment. Had air getting into the system and it was blowing bubbles. John's son who runs the company now came out, checked it all out and offered quick answers. A gasket on a valve was corroding from age and letting in air . Came back the next day with what he needed and changed out the gaskets on the other valves of the same age and problem was fixed at a decent price .

Charlie took over his dad John's business and is doing a fantastic job. We bought our pool home recently. The previous owner highly recommended Charlie, so we also hired him. We've called and texted Charlie with questions probably too many times in the last few months, since being pool owners is new for us. He is quick to respond, patiently answering questions, and making recommendations. He installed a heat pump and saltwater system- the work was done perfectly . Charlie shows up like clockwork each Monday morning for our weekly check- he's very personable and helpful. Hire Charlie!

Charlie is AWESOME! I had an issue with my pool pump on a Saturday and my normal pool service told me I’d need a motor replacement that would run me at least $800, possibly more. I called Charlie to get a second opinion, and he was at my place within the hour of my calling (mind you, on a Saturday when most pool services are closed for business).

Within 15 minutes of his arrival he fixed the seal on my pump system, primed the pump, and got it working, proving a replacement was not necessary. All for free. Never have I experienced this type of customer service before - I am so grateful for calling him and making a new connection.

Also - Charlie is hilarious! We spent the next 45 minutes just talking and laughing. I’m looking forward to working with Charlie on future projects, and will likely hire him for his weekly pool service. Highly recommend!

Charlie was great. I was looking to have someone install a brand new heat pump for my pool in Wilton Manors before the cold snap and Charlie had it ordered, delivered, and installed in under a week. He was reliable and knowledgeable; I had complete confidence in his ability to execute the job expertly. He was also incredibly reasonable compared to other estimates I had received. I’ve been renting sewer jetters and pressure washers from Proline for well over ten years and it’s amazing to say that not only once have I been disappointed by them or their products. I don’t know their names, I don’t know anything about their personal lives, but these people have always made me, an anonymous customer, felt like part of the family, and in many occasions they have gone the extra mile to make sure of that. Thank you, guys.

Chase is one of the best in the business. We have been taking our equipment to them for years. They are very knowledgeable and will work with anything you send their way. They are not in the business of ripping people off. This is my go to for my jetting and pressure cleaning needs.

I've been to proline alot, always dealt with all the guys there there all helpful and kind. Used there rentals always an if there's a issue they make sure to fix it for sure! The owners are amazing Greg and his wife definitely the right people to be in the business of service in the industry they deserve it! The new girl at the front desk is amazing definitely kind, always puts us 1st when we are there making a order or getting a rental and I appreciate that 1000% I give her a big 👍🏼👍🏼 definitely what you need at a busy busy company is a woman like her handling things!! These folks don’t mess around. Quality local shop who truly care about what they do. The owner and his family are always there working hard too. The crew is always willing to help with a smile even when I know I’m pushing my luck asking 1000 questions. Anybody who has left a poor review must have bumped their heads and are confused. My pull start for my pressure washer broke on the job and I was able to get it fixed here with no delay. in and out and about 10 minutes prices were good service is impeccable. Highly recommended.
