Horrible service

What I love about this place is you're not forced to stay home all day. You can go about a regular day and you'll be sent a text message when the technician is 30 min away. Very up to date with technology and very compassionate company

The Installation went well, but a tech has failed to show up for several maintenance calls which are a part of my purchase plan. I did not receive courtesy calls for the no show appointments. ONLY when I called that I received profuse apologies, yet no one showed up when the appointment was rescheduled. Such a frustrating experience.

Had a a whole new unit put in last year by these guys. Great staff, great service, good prices. I've had some issues, mainly because I was cheap in the unit I bought and my wife didn't know where a AC filter went. They are always extremely quick to come out and fix the problem.

Just unprofessional. Burned my Nest thermostats. Installed a faulty A/C unit (later replaced). Never completed the installation - leaving vibration pads and heater wires uninstalled. Completed unresponsive after payment was made. No comment. No professionalism. Very poor

A nightmare! This company is horrible. They did not fix what they said they did. They doubled what I was quoted for the first time. They were supposed to fix my ac from stop freezing but all they did was add coolant and charged me $600 pretending they did something more. They're unprofessional. I have been waiting weeks for someone to come and service my unit since I paid for it. The receptionist is always saying yeah the person is running behind and never comes. Now I'm on the verge of getting evicted because they weren't supposed to touch the unit without the landlords consent, in which I later found out. All they care about is taking your money and not doing the work.
