I got th eservice the same ay I called. The technitian was respecfull, professional and solved the issue in a few minutes.. The visit price of $90 should have been deducted of the total price, like many others companies do

What a pleasure it is to work with a company that has experienced personnel. My A/C had stopped running, I called and within a day, I had a technician at my house. Chris McConnel, he was cordial, took his time checking on everything in my A/C. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and even checked to see if my unit was under warranty. He didn't try to sell me a new unit, but quickly found the part, installed it super fast, and left the work area pristine. I am sticking with this company!
