We have been using Cool by Designs for many years now at our home and apartment. Clean, fair prices, and most all great work! There service guys are great too!

Corey and Dan are absolutely the most knowledgeable in their field! Over my 36 years of being a Real Estate Broker I have had many experiences with A/C contractors but None that would even come close to Cory and Dan! They are the A/C gurus!

Corey installed a new AC system He did an excellent quality job. He arrived on time was very clean and polite. Had no difficulty fully explain everything he was doing. The new unit looks and works beatifully. If you are looking for a reliable honest AC pro--Corey is the guy to call.

Robbie serviced my A/C today. Very professional and very thorough.

Robin and Anil were fantastic! Robin was quick and communicative working out getting things scheduled. She even saved me money by suggesting a better way than what I wanted to do. Then Anil came and crushed it and, unlike the last place that wanted to change the compressor, he charged the unit and got it back up and running with 30 minutes. Very professional and quality company all the way around!

Prompt appointment. Very knowledgeable polite and neat. Very good service even showed me some preventative care.

You can't get any better customer service and these guys at Cool by design. I called yesterday evening at around 7:00 p.m. and they were here today by 10:30 a.m., diagnose the problem and fixed it within an hour. I'm impressed! As for Daniel or Nile.
Oh and ps, their prices are fair.

We hired them for a diagnostic, after with another company and were pleasantly surprised. Anil was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it and didn’t over charge me. I will use them again.

Cool by Design is the best. The process was very streamlined, and they took care of everything, including the permits and updates.

we had a problem on Saturday night/Sunday morning. I called early Sunday morning to report the issue and a techician came and addressed the issue by noon Sunday. great service and a friendly technician who explained everything to us. we are happy, devoted customers!

I have used this company several times in the past and they are always amazing. The crew that came out to my house was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they got me cooled down quickly.

Dan was out and he is just wonderful. Robin at the office is so helpful and I really appreciate their good communication.

Cool By Design led by Corey served us in an excellent manner for 2 separate contracts the first replacing entire system equipment and ducts and the second done 6 months later to replace equipment only and refurbish ducts. The fact that I used 6 months later for major work is a testimony in itself. Cool By Design knows what to do, they tell what they think needs to be done with options and then they do what was agreed. I highly recommend Cool By Design for repairs and service.

Company immediately responded to our call and scheduled an appointment the next day. “Chris” arrived as scheduled and was very knowledgeable about our AC situation. He provided a solution for us and was very professional. Documents were prepared and sent to us while he was still present. Was able to answer all of questions and concerns. We are looking forward to the installation of our new unit

Robin was great help in setting up my appointment and emailing the service contact. Dan repaired my unit quickly and explained what I needed to do in the future.
