I have been using the services of Wayne Group & Services Inc. prior to 2019. In 2020 they installed a new air-conditioning fan and since then this company has completed all necessary maintenance work to ensure proper, efficient functioning of my air-conditioning unit. Throughout the time and to date I have found their assigned employees to be courteous, knowledgeable and thorough to address all unit problems e.g. drain line flushing, unit not cooling etc.etc. The office staff is responsive regarding phone calls. Should you need air-conditioning installation, repairs etc. I recommend this company.

If you are looking for an honest, reliable and professional service, call Wayne Group Services. During the cold spell we had in January, we decided to put the heater on. We hadn’t used it in a long time and notice our unit was blowing cold air. We called Wayne Group Services, and they came out the very next day, on time. We were afraid it would be something major, and expensive, they were honest with us, and fixed the part of our unit that missing. They explained in detail, and showed us why the heat was not coming on. It’s all about customer service and I would give them a 10/10. Thank you again for your prompt service. You have a forever customer, and will refer you over and over again.

I was referred to Wayne Group by a good friend who has used them for years. I called at 11:41 am, received a call back at 11:46 and they arrived at 12:11! They quickly determined the issue and fixed it. During the whole process, I was informed on what they were doing and why. I will definitely be using g them in the future for annual service and repairs.

9/2/25 - I wrote the review above when I used Wayne Group for the first time. Today, I called them again because my A/C was not working properly. I called the office at 9:00 am and was told they would call me back after looking at their schedule. I received a call at 10:00 from Isiah and he said he was 15 mins. away. Once here, he assessed the issue, informed me what he had found, what it would cost and how long it would take. Once again I was impressed with their quick response and working with Isiah was a pleasure.

All Wayne Group & Services personnel, especially Anthony, are professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Wayne Group & Services has installed 2 a/c units for our home (approximately 10 years apart!), and more recently, they gave us a very good quote for, and quickly installed, a mini split unit in an addition in our home. Anthony promptly answers calls, and is quick to have our a/c problems resolved. We highly recommend Wayne Group & Services for all cooling and heating needs.

Technicians did an excellent job installing our new google nest thermostats. Very professional and quick! I’d recommend them to anyone!

I’m not an AC expert and it’s hard to know what good pricing is. We had to have a coil replaced in our system which was quite expensive. I believe that while they might not be the cheapest option, they get the job done right and stand by their work. There was an issue where our house wasn’t cooling properly post coil replacement and they sent tech out to the house to take a look. He identified the issue extremely quickly and walked me through everything and where the values should be on our system. Tech got us fixed up in that follow up appointment for no charge. Additionally the office staff are extremely nice and helpful from scheduling to calling after an appointment to make sure everything is resolved.

They installed a new central air system in my home. The team was knowledgeable and careful with my property. Installation took slightly longer than expected, but the results are excellent. Cleanup was handled well. Pricing was reasonable. Overall, positive service.

Our Rheem unit died during a heatwave. Allen arrived quickly and found a blown fuse. No high-pressure sales, just honest work. He and Hector had it cooling in minutes. I’m relieved the fix was simple and affordable. Truly a lifesaver when the house was sweltering!
