On Point Airco was referred to me by my neighbor who was very satisfied with his Airco unit replacement .
From my initial contact with Emily on the phone, it was clear that I was dealing with a company that values good communication and customer service .
Kyle arrived promptly after my call to do his thorough assessment. He is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and patient when responding to my many questions. Anthony explained where the deficits were and clearly went over what needed to be repaired. He gave me a reasonable estimate of cost and the repair scheduled the next day.

Anthony was very detailed in his estimate and very professional. Emily who answers the phones is a delight. The two young men that did the work were awesome. You would never know a new unit had been installed they cleaned up any and all mess. They were polite and professional. Can’t recommend this company enough

I can’t say enough about Anthony and his team. Wes has come out several times between my AC, washing machine, and dishwasher issues. And not once has he ever charged me for something I didn’t need! Anthony is prompt, fair, and honest with his customers, and I’ve never felt uncomfortable with his crew in my home. They all (Anthony, Wes, and Kyle) are super respectful and very down to earth. I feel informed on the choices we made regarding our new unit and appreciate them making sure I knew all the info to relay to my hubby. 10/10 would recommend every time!!!

We needed urgent AC service at our property in Fort Lauderdale while we were hosting Airbnb guests, and On Point was able to provide not only same-day service, but they completed the service call and corrected the issue within 2 hours of contact. Emily provided fantastic customer service, our technician Kyle was great, and the price was "on point"! I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing AC service, especially in an urgent situation.

The company itself was fantastic. Emily was quick to respond, easy with scheduling, polite and friendly. Kyle(our tech) was great! He showed up as expected, quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it and spent extra time cleaning and double checking everything. He gave us tips on how to keep the issue from happening and how to keep our electric bill down! Highly highly recommend On Point!

Bro, Kyle, He's the man. He taught me so much, fixed my little clogging issues, but damn did he go above and beyond. My A/C closet is spotless, my air handler outside is spotless and washed, he checked every part of the unit to ensure i'm ready for the summer. He even did my other unit since he was out here even though it wasn't scheduled he made it happen. He left and my air was blowing 57 degrees :) If you don't call on point, its your loss bc this guy was great!

Kyle came on a timely basis and determined the issue with our air conditioning right away, efficiently cleaned out our pipes, showed us what we could do to prevent issues in the future and had us up and running in no time. Kyle is very knowledgeable and thorough and I greatly appreciate His expertise.

On Point is aptly named. We have had a/c techs come out in the past that have destroyed our trust in the industry. On Point demonstrates what the insdustry standard should be. Emily was very professional and communicative in setting up the service call. Kyle came out to check out our issue, and was awesome. This all went down today, so I don't have long term results to report; but it seems that the issue is fixed. He was very informative on what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. It was great having a professional out with the patience to answer ALL of my questions. Thank you very much for your help.

I came home to a broken A/C on sat and Anthony from On Point came to the rescue! I needed a whole new unit and he provided a very thorough proposal and was able to get me a brand new efficient A/C unit the next day. His crew are very professional and did an amazing job with all of the installation .I am Happy Camper enjoying the cool air! Highly recommend On Point Air 👍🏻

I've lived in Boca for over a decade and finally found an AC company that cares, educates, and does a bang up job to make sure your house stays cool in the Florida heat. Anthony and Kyle are a pleasure to work with, Kyle went above and beyond and cleaned up the mess the last 3 companies left behind (which cost me thousands).

I wont recommend another AC company from here on out!

I started using On Point when I called on them for a second opinion. I had been using the same AC person for many years. I found them to be punctual, very knowledgeable and professional. Had them to my house again yesterday for service and they just always exceed my expectations with outstanding service. They educate us on the proper care of our AC unit. Recently saw the truck at our local gas station so when we had sudden A/C issues we called On Point Air Conditioning. Kyle,Wes and Anthony came to the rescue and installed an air conditioning unit within hours. The installation was done with minimal disruption and meticulously. We thought the price was fair and the service was beyond five stars. Would and will recommend this company to everyone. Thank you for being a service company that actually cares about the customer.

I simply cannot say enough about the On Point team. Each and every time they come out to my home, they exceed expectations and go above and beyond in every single way. Kyle was our tech today and he went through every possible issue we had with our drain line, even redoing the poor PVC plumbing we had prior from the previous owner. This is the company you call to not just fix your issue, but to PREVENT it from happening again and EDUCATE the home owner. On point is one of a kind, and the only company I’ll call for my HVAC needs!

From courteous and professional Amber getting back to me promptly along with ongoing scheduling updates…to the best part of my day… meeting my tech Kyle and observing him quickly diagnosing the problem and jumping right into the fix with gusto, passion with the highest level skill/competence and no corners cut attitude with an amazing customer focused and engaging/friendly disposition walking me through the process with many informational nuggets to help me contribute to maintaining the integrity of my A/C at peak efficiency…got my A/C back in business pronto and running like a Swiss watch…in a world of apathetic and “underwhelming” customer service where does one find this anymore? Almost impossible!! At the end I attributed Kyle with a new nickname…Top Gun Maverick….the best of the best!
